On 27 acres nestled in the beautiful Sierra Foothills, there's plenty of room for everyone to spread out, relax and enjoy the perfect staycation in this private setting with all that the El Dorado Wine Region and Gold Country have to offer.

Strolling around the property you'll enjoy total privacy, a vintage barn, a small pond, a sparkling pool, majestic views of neighboring vineyards and the sweet orchestral sound of frogs and crickets chirping at dusk.

Inside you'll have numerous options for quiet relaxation or gathering with friends and family to create lasting memories.

The atrium with a pool table, a bar with stools for 12, a river rock gas fireplace, a 65" OLED TV with Soundboks Bluetooth speakers and dining for 18-20 is sure to be a favorite gathering spot.

The fully-stocked chef's kitchen with professional appliances including a Wolf 6-burner gas range, Miele double ovens, a SubZero fridge plus wine fridge and a farm table for 8 will appeal to the cooks in your group. We even provide the good knives from CutCo.

The movie room is also a favorite hangout with lots of comfy seating, another cozy fireplace and a 72" OLED TV complete with full surround sound to view your favorite movies and shows.

The primary bedroom suite offers a king size canopy bed designed by Leanne Ford for Crate & Barrel with luxury linens and a huge master bath with a jacuzzi tub, separate shower, double sinks and a walk-in closet.

The wallpaper queen bedroom has a full ensuite bathroom with shower over tub and a wall-in closet.

The 3rd bedroom is like 2 rooms in 1 with a queen bed on 1 side and a bunkbed on the other. It is also right next to the third full bath and has a sliding door that leads directly into the atrium.

All bathrooms are complete with ample towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap.

Outdoors there's cornhole, a ping pong table, a basketball court, a large gas BBQ grill and picnic table, a sparkling swimming pool with loungers for 8 and an outdoor fridge for all of your pool-side refreshments.
