The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you this 43 mÂČ air-conditioned apartment for rent in Six-Fours-les-Plages, less than 5 minutes' walk from the beach, in a secure residence with swimming pool (accessible at extra cost) and janitor, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator), it comprises a 30 mÂČ living room, an open, fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom (with shower).
The apartment is composed as follows
- A 30 mÂČ living room with TV, double sofa bed and open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Enclosed west-facing loggia with dining area and sofa.
- Bedroom: double bed (140Ă190)
- Shower room and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A swimming pool (shared and heated) open from June 15 to September 15, with lifeguard.
The apartment is ideally located in Six-Fours-les-Plages, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Nearest beach is a 5-minute walk away
- Scuba diving, kayaking, paddle, jet-ski, towed buoys: Plage de la CoudouliĂšre (5 min by car - 2.1 km), Plage des Charmettes (8 min by car - 3.8 km by car)
- Sentier du littoral (coastal path) approx. 15 min (7 km) by car
- Presqu'Ăźle du Gaou approx. 13 min (5.5 km) by car
