The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 22 m² studio for rent in the seaside resort of Sables d'Or Les Pins (Frehel), 200 meters from the beach, which can accommodate up to 2 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 18m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. Wifi (fiber optic) included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- 18 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, hob, etc.
- A bathroom with bath and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot and tumble dryer.

Communal area:
- A stone barbecue is available in the communal garden for the whole residence.

The studio is ideally located in Fréhel, in a very pleasant residence. In the immediate vicinity, you'll find all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

By staying in this studio, you'll be able to take advantage of numerous activities being ideally located on the Dinan-Cap Fréhel tourist destination.
