Welcome to this charming and quaint cottage, nestled on a quiet road within easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The moment you arrive, the bright and beachy colors, along with the delightful tin roof, beadboard wall, and white picket fence, create a picturesque setting for an amazing beach stay.

Step inside the main cottage, where a warm and welcoming living room/dining and kitchen area beckon you in. The first sleeping space features a delightful Twin daybed, adorned with colorful pillows and throws, creating a cozy and inviting spot for relaxation. The second sleeping space offers a Full bed, nestled in a private three-walled romantic nook right around the bar area.

The intricate design of this cottage is both clever and creative, with everything thoughtfully placed and functional. The decor exudes a peaceful and calming atmosphere, embracing the light and colors of the sea. The adorable eat-in kitchen and overstuffed chairs in the living room, complemented by a screen TV, add to the comfort and enjoyment of your stay.

The full bathroom is located through the kitchen towards the back of the house and conveniently features a second door leading to the outside, facing the guest house.

This delightful cottage also features a charming guest house at the back, offering a comfortable Queen bed, TV, and AC for a cozy retreat. Please note that the doorway into the guest house has a step over and down threshold. The full bathroom is located in the main cottage, just a few steps away, and for added convenience, the washer and dryer are situated on the back porch.

This was the perfect spot to spend a few days with our grandkids. The cottage had everything we needed and it was a quick walk to the beach! Check in was so easy and the host was very clear and easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Cottage is adorable! It’s small and cute and vintage. Everything you need is there - kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and there were plenty of bath towels and two beach towels. The cottage is very clean and there were no bugs anywhere. Air conditioner in main house worked great but in the back cottage it wasn’t working well. There was black mold around a/c vents throughout unit and shower drain was very slow to drain so you ended up standing in dirty water while showering. I only mention these things because I think they could be easily fixed - the cottage is really nice otherwise. There’s a washer and dryer that worked great too! There are no beach chairs or umbrellas but we rented them and they were dropped off and picked up at the cottage. The beach truly only 99 feet away up the path and the beach was wonderful!

Very cute cabin and I really enjoyed having a separate "hut" for my daughter to stay at. The place is a bit rustic but very functional and very clean. Easy walk to the beach and to restaurants. We had a great experience.

Had a wonderful stay! Location was great it was close to the beach and a nice quiet area! Cottage was very cute and clean. It is very small however but perfect if just planning on sleeping and spending your days at the beach or out exploring! We stayed a week 2 adults and our 2 teenage children. We were happy there was a washer and dryer as we did have to wash towels a couple of times. If you are planning on staying for a week I suggest stopping and picking up beach towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper and other essential household supplies especially if you plan on cooking..It was nicely stocked with dishes, but any extra supplies you’ll need to pick up. Would definitely recommend staying here!!

Perfect Fit!

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely cottage. With only a few steps to the ocean and to the sugar shack, our kids thought it was the perfect location and trip. Thanks for providing such a great base for our family adventure.
