The larger space includes 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, while the smaller unit offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bath.

Step inside and relax in one of two cozy living rooms. Each is designed for comfort, featuring plush sofas, Smart TVs, and ample seating for everyone. The main living room boasts an L-shaped sofa, pillows, and blankets, perfect for a movie night. If there's a dispute over what to watch, the second living room offers an alternative spot to unwind with its own cozy setup and TV.

Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchens, each stocked with modern appliances and spacious granite countertops. Security camera details: Surveillance cameras are installed on the front and sides of home that record 24 hours a day.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
