Summary:

Spacious, cosy apartment close to the town centre, only a short walk from the shops, restaurants, and public transport.

It offers a large living room with a comfortable sofa bed, HD TV with Netflix, Wi-Fi,

and a dining table. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped.

A large bay window allows daylight to flood in.

The bedroom has a queen-size four-poster bed and a wardrobe.

You will also find a spacious bathroom with an XL shower and a washing machine.

The Space:

A comfortable apartment, decorated on the theme of the Northern painter HenriMatisse. Ideal for families, couples, or business travellers.



We will provide the bed linen (mattress protector, fitted sheet, pillowcase, duvet cover) and the bathroom linen (towels, hand towels,...) as well as hygiene products and basic necessities.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire apartment and to its private garden.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is on a quiet street, and even though it is in the city centre, it feels like

a rural getaway. With its charming villas and small gardens this is a very desirable

neighbourhood. We are just a stone’s throw from the Palace and the Municipal

Theatre in a culturally vibrant area. The apartment is close to shops and restaurants

and is just a 5-minute walk from La Grand Place, renowned for its Art Deco, neo-

Flemish façades and lively atmosphere. From here you can explore the city with

family or friends.



Getting Around:

The street provides easy parking in the “zone bleue”. A parking disc is available in

the apartment if required. Furthermore, guests can park for longer periods of time

free of charge in the car park at the nearby Blaringhem secondary school. This car

park is 200 m from the apartment. The entire city centre is within walking distance.

A travel cot with a comfortable mattress is available on request.
