We loved being able to see the ocean from our spot on the Banyan. We sat on the lanai for many hours.

Dated but clean

Great location only a block away from the beach. Friendly and helpf reception staff. The condo was very dated needed some TLC but was clean.

Christmas in Hawaii

Great location for the money. Our condo was more spacious than we expected, probably because this is an older property. It was nothing fancy and somewhat dated, but provided everything we needed at a great price and in an awesome location very close to the beach, restaurants, etc. Hotel staff was very helpful. Good stay.

Spacious, great view apartment

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment was perfect! I block from food trucks, two blocks from Waikiki beach and many restaurants. And an ABC store on the corner for all your general needs. The place was very clean and well maintained.We will most definitely stay here again and recommend to our family and friends.

Great location, but needs updating

Pro’s= location is fantastic, small store and coffee shop on site, ocean view room, friendly staff and very responsive, kitchen area big, island table and chairs nice. Con’s= unit was so outdated, curtains were torn had holes, bathroom very small and sliding door creaked, bedding was worst we have probably ever slept on, paid $30/nite for extra rollaway that felt like springs and no mattress, all beds were like that.

worked for us

The property is dated, but we thought the location was great. Parking is a separate charge that was not on the listing. Staff is very kind and want to make your stay enjoyable. Room was not terribly clean but they sent someone to take care of that. 2 evacuations while we were there so perhaps request a low floor. The pool are was nice for a break mid-day. great spot for younger travelers on a budget.

Bad choice on this company

We arrive at Aug 29 Check in on 930pm They give me the room dirty nothing ready Included broken rice cooker n coffee The floor is carpet n I did tell them we don’t like carpet because allergies!! It mean they don’t care n did not listen customers!!! Vrbo is bs too! They throw us on the bus!!! They don’t care what company show on vbro n check the credits on them!!!! We re disappointed till I requested to change another room! Then I got another room! This room we live until we return to mainland! It better because the floor is title! But it still get the rice cooker n coffee pot not not working!! It very very frustrated!!! Vbro is total don’t care whoever post in their website to collect money!!! We re not happy the way this company property handles and never ever go back !!!!! Then we got accidents on fire alarms and look like nightmare because people wait for long on elevators! The water pressure on hold trip is disgusting!! It’s too weak and flow like no water!!!

There was no detailed information regarding the cleanliness that was mentioned besides the floor was carpet and the coffee maker and rice cooker were broken but were then replaced after it was reported. We did receive a request for a tile floor prior to your arrival, however, as mentioned on the listing, requests are not guaranteed and are based on availability only. We are sorry to hear you felt like our customer service was poor, however, we contacted the property immediately once you reported your concerns and they have assisted with your concerns. The water pressure was not communicated to the property or to us, however, we have addressed it after reading your review. We are glad to hear no one was hurt during the fire alarm. Under the circumstances the fire alarm went off, we are sorry to hear it was inconvenient during your stay. We hope that your next vacation to Hawaii will be a better experience for you.
