Family Group in town for Christmas

Like all the other groups, my family enjoyed the stay. Perfect location, clean, lots of space. Furniture could be a bit bigger for the size of the space in the main living areas, but that's such a small thing. I can't say enough about the prompt communication of the owner. Very easy to work with and very pleasant. Would definitely use again and definitely recommend.

Spacious and Well Stocked in a Convenient Location

This was very nice and spacious home. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and appliances. Our main purpose for renting was to be close to Koury Farms wedding venue and it was a perfect choice. The property manager was very responsive and easy to deal with. We have stayed in many rental homes and this was the cleanest with the easiest check out process, by far.

Enjoyed our short stay, however



Nice home, sparsely furnished, plenty of open space. Overall very clean and worked well for our short 2 night stay with family of 8. House representative was very responsive. Had a slight snafu at the start due to us being provided the wrong code to get in. That was rectified quickly. However, there are maintenance issues that surprisingly had not been addressed. It appeared as though the home had not been inspected by the owner or home manager prior to our arrival. From a shower curtain that was a foot short and resulted in a flooded floor to a piece of the home old a/c system left outside next to the driveway. Not only does it look horrible, it is sharp and rusted. The downstairs bed is comfortable but the frame squeaks like crazy to the point it woke me up when rolling around.Lastly, there a couple of minor landscaping and maintenance Issues that should have been addressed prior to anyone’s stay. I am confident that based on the response we experienced, these issues will be corrected. But come on, for this price, these issues should not have been present.

Family Stay

We recently stayed in this home due to a family funeral. I must say by far my experience exceeded my expectation. This was top-of-the-line luxury experience. The home is amazingly beautiful. Everything was well kept house was clean. The host even left complementary toothbrushes, which I thought was so unique. The kids extremely love the backyard and the patio deck. The home also has a closet that has activity and games for the kids. The neighborhood was very welcoming. The host was so warming, and even called after we left to make sure that we weren’t involved in any car accident that had been reported in the area. so her hospitality in the immaculate way that the home was kept please don’t bypass this home if it’s available book it. It’s well worth the money.

Spacious Stay in Braselton

Wonderful weekend stay with family! The home is beautiful, well maintained, and in a quiet area. Special little touches throughout the home to make you feel at home and welcome.
