Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are deeply sorry for the frustrations you encountered during your stay, especially while traveling under such difficult personal circumstances. We understand how important clear and timely communication is, and we regret that our response fell short. We are actively reviewing how we handle early check-in requests so our future guests feel better supported. Regarding the lockout, we sincerely apologize for the stress and delay it caused. The home is set up for keypad access only, and unfortunately, the doorknob can cause an accidental lockout if it is turned manually. While this was not the intended use of the lock, we completely understand how it could be confusing. To prevent this from happening again, we’ve replaced the hardware and made sure instructions are clearer for future guests. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we truly appreciate the opportunity to improve. We wish you and your family peace and comfort during this time, and we hope you’ll consider staying with us again so we may provide you with the smooth experience you deserve.
