The house was nicely updated, extremely clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. The house was close to restaurants, stores of every kind and the International Mall is a must to do on everyone’s list. The host was available for any questions we had. This was a very. Very nice property. It's in an older section of town with narrow streets. But, it is very quiet and we had ZERO problems. Everything worked except the shower drained a little bit slow. The kitchen has plenty of food, condiments, towels, dish soap, etc. in it. It was very well supplied with towels, wash clothes, shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. there is a wonderful Jacuzzi on the back porch as well as a bar height table. Sink and nice counter space. There is a foosball table on the porch as well as a grill out back. I could go on and on but we were very impressed with the atten tion to detail. It's obvious the owner had traveled a lot as she understands wha t amenities make a stay very enjoyable. Thanks. We're planning on returning to Tampa again as there is soooo much to do.

Probably the most well stocked, clean home we’ve ever rented. Clean, comfortable and stress free. 10 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the downtown Riverwalk. We were close to everything. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

An incredible all-round experience. The property is gorgeous, clean, and accommodates with a comfortable patio to enjoy the breeze. Almost everything you can think of is available inside the home. I could go into detail how much we enjoyed our stay and the host Ms Gracine is impeccable. Correspondence since day one and literally every question answered. We are absolutely excited to share the review and will definitely recommend the spot to our friends and everyone needing their space, privacy, and the "at home" feel.
