Please note that Windsor Island registration system requires an ePass for resort access. A valid email address will be requested after booking to send your parking pass.

Pool heat is recommended from November through April. Pool Heat is $40 per day plus tax and must be order for the entire stay. Please let us know a few days before your reservation. It takes hours to heat the pool and we will schedule it before your arrival.

Refund Policy: No payment is required 30 days before check in. Cancellation policy applies within 30 days before arrival.

No commericial vehicles, RV`s, trailers, ATVs, and boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading. Towing not allowed

We have a security camera/recording device in the front door monitoring only the front door and driveway for your safety.

$1000 fine for smoking plus actual remediation costs for smoking inside.
