PLEASE NOTE: A balcony coating project is scheduled for October 5, 2026 - January 28, 2027. The vendor will be working Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. For safety reasons, guests will not be permitted to access the balcony during these hours. Balcony carpet installation is scheduled for February 22 – February 27, 2027. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation while this work is being completed.

Important Guest Information:
• The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire length of the stay.
• Pool towels are provided for your convenience to use at the resort pool area only. Please bring your own beach towels, as pool towels may not be taken to the beach.
• Large gatherings/parties are prohibited.
• Smoking is NOT permitted inside the unit or out on the balcony.
• No pets are allowed on the property, regardless of type, size or breed.
• Motorcycles, RV's, trailers and golf carts are prohibited.
