Peaceful and relaxed doesn’t begin to describe how you’ll feel when staying at Sandy Bottoms Beach Club. Located on a scenic isthmus you’ll have amazing views from sunrise to sunset. This 5 bedroom, 4 bath pet-friendly property is one half of a Duplex and offers decks with plenty of seating off every floor. There are partitions on each deck to provide you with maximum privacy. You’ll marvel as the sky at sunset blazes orange and magenta. This home is just under a mile to the closest public beach access, and you would be minutes away from all the fun “downtown” activities that Surf City has to offer like restaurants, adorable shops, places to get fresh donuts, and a great public park with playground. The park is also a perfect spot if your dog tires of walking on the same road or if the sand is just too hot for those delicate paws.  This is a centrally located property where you can have a day of taking in all the local sights and a day of doing nothing at all.

The first floor of this home has one of the two master bedrooms as well as 2 other bedrooms. The first-floor master has a king size bed, TV and an ensuite bathroom with combination shower and bathtub. This room boasts an amazing deck to sit and relax on as you sip your first cup of coffee and your last glass of wine.   There is also a bedroom with a queen-size bed and another with a pyramid bunk bed (full on bottom, twin on top). These 2 bedrooms share a full hallway bathroom. There is also a full-size washer and dryer on this floor. 

The second floor is where you and your group will gather to enjoy each other’s company and review the day’s activity. The kitchen is equipped with everything you should need to make a meal as memories will be made gathered around the generous dining room table. The table can seat up to eight and there are 4 additional stools at the nearby kitchen counter. When you feel drained from the day’s activities the living room will welcome you with a large comfortable sectional couch and a love seat. There is a good size TV so everyone can join in to watch a favorite movie or catch your team’s next game.  The bedroom on this floor has a queen bedroom with a TV. There is a full bathroom in the hall.

The entire third floor is a spacious master suite with luxurious king size bed, TV, ensuite bathroom and a private balcony. The master bathroom has a combined bathtub/ shower. 

Sandy Bottoms Beach Club is surrounded by the beautiful and ever-changing life of the marsh that is fed into by the Intercoastal Waterway. When you come back from your day at the beach there is a hose and an outdoor shower (not enclosed) to rinse off with. The back of the home slopes down to the water where you could go fishing or put a crab pot in for that night’s dinner.  This home is truly the best of both worlds!

Parking for a maximum of 3 vehicles

Parking is monitored by property management. Please adhere to parking rules. 

 

The Area: Surf City is located in the heart of Topsail Island. Rent paddleboards, kayaks, fishing gear and much more. Multiple grocery stores, gas stations, etc. located within a few minutes, also easy access to restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques.

A Valid Government Photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreeent is required for every reservation.

This home is Pet Friendly, must have prior owner approval for all other pets besides dogs. The Pet Fee of $300.00 is per pet and non-refundable, it is NOT automatically included in the rental rates. If you are bringing a Pet please call our office to have this fee added.
