Sandy Bottoms Beach Club, located on a scenic isthmus, is surrounded by the beautiful and ever-changing life of the saltmarsh. The back of the yard slopes down to the water where you can fish or crab for the night's dinner. Behold amazing views of sunrise to sunset over the water on all sides of your beach home: marvel as the sky blazes orange and magenta. This home is two tenths of a mile, or a 5 minute walk to Surf City public beach access #4. Only a two minute drive from all the fun “downtown” activities that Surf City has to offer like restaurants, adorable shops, fresh donuts, and a great public park with playground - a perfect spot for your dog to romp while avoiding the hot sand and road. Suited for multiple couples or a large family, the lower level is dedicated to sleeping, with a primary suite that boasts a large private covered deck over the Intracoastal Waterway where you can greet each day in peace. Midlevel is the gathering spot for the entire group to cook, eat, and relax socially, with a queen bedroom. The top level is a roomy penthouse suite.

Waterfront Sun Deck: sunset views over Stump Sound, side chairs with cocktail table, cushioned all weather seating vignette.
Shared Hallway Bath: step-in shower, single solid surface vanity, toilet
BR4-Queen Bedroom Suite: queen bed, chest of drawers, TV, ceiling fan, shared access to ensuite bath, ensuite ocean side balcony.

Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and lying on the end of the beds. 

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm
Off Season Check-Ins begin at 3:00 pm and are guaranteed by 5:00 pm
Check Out is by 10:00 am
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Pet Policy: Dogs Only Allowed. Your first pet is included in the price. A second dog is allowed with additional payment.

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit.

Explore the local shops and restaurants, take a fishing cruise out with an area fishing guide, or simply relax on the beach and soak up the sun. With so much to see and do on Topsail Island, your vacation will be filled with unforgettable memories and moments of pure relaxation. Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway, “Tops’l” as the locals call it, is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier, which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail, as well as the neighboring mainland towns.
