Relax in this cabin surrounded by evergreen trees.
Our cabin is a two-level house with 3 bedrooms (comfortable and peaceful stay with king beds in two bedrooms and a queen with bunkbed for kids), 3 full-baths (two of them with tubs) and is equipped with new furnace and central AC for those cold/hot days, a well-equipped kitchen ready for the chefs, living room, game room with pool table, ping-pong and air hockey, Nintendo video games and multiple board games for kids and adults and two decks with a hot-tub and multiple sitting areas. Cabin is remote work friendly with 250GB+ internet and a computer worktable with monitor and Keyboard. A 4-min drive to the lakes, charming and quaint Arnold town.

Loved the property!!

We LOVED the property, the pictures may look as the property is smallbut when we arrived it was bigger than we thought. So much space and open floor plan which was great for entertaining. The property was very clean. We will definitely be booking this property again!!

Lovely cabin

The cabin was easy to find and location was perfect. Very big cabin. Lots of space. We went with 2 other families and had plenty of room. The hot tub was very foamy. Other than that, everything was great. Would recommend.

Roomy and Comfortable!

This home was perfect as our church family was camping at Calaveras Big Trees five minutes away! It was lovely and comfortable with nice appliances. We would definitely return!

Great Stay

House was as pictured. It was great for two families with young kids. Communication was easy, clear and quick. House was very clean. Well stocked in terms of paper towel and bathroom tissue. Well stocked kitchen in terms of dishes, glassware, etc. Looking forward to our next stay.

So many things to say!! The children loved the air hockey, the hot tub, the porch swing!! Everything was lovely!! The only disappointment was that there was no stopper for the big bathtub.

Beautiful home in the pines.

Or family loved this property that had something for everyone. Booking and check in were seamless and instructions for amenities were straight forward. The location is beautiful and the home has an amazing floor plan for family fun. The game room with air Hockey, pool and Ping póng were a big hit with the kids and adults. The home gets alot of natural light from the multiple sky lights and the kitchen, living room and dining room are perfect for making family meals and gathering. Location is a great launching pad for multiple points of interest and has many restaurants close by. We would absolutely rent this home again and want to say thank you again to the owners and property manager for making us feel welcome and sharing this amazing home.

Good property with cleanliness issue

The property has good potential with things to do for all ages but the house was literally infested. Ants around the hot tub under cover, master bedroom had blood stains on sheets, found a large insect on towel. It was really disgusting. I wish they had kept the property clean so we could enjoy more.

Akshay, Thanks for letting us know. We will work with the cleaners to sort these issues out. We pride on working diligently to keep the property clean and tidy for our guests and have never had any issues before. This being in the Sierras and woods, sometimes insects do come in. We do have a pest control service who I will be taking this feedback to as well. We were there just last weekend and did not find any insect issues but will look into it immediately.

Perfect get together spot

We were two families with 3 young kids (ages 4-7) and thoroughly enjoyed our time together here! The house was set up really well with ample gathering and play spaces, comfortable beds, and multiple bathrooms were quite helpful in getting the kids ready for bed quickly! We really appreciated the large kitchen where we were able to prepare and eat breakfasts and dinner, and had fun with the air hockey and board game closet. There were also several sleds (long and saucer style) that were fun in the fresh snow that arrived while we were there! Minor improvements could have been more hand towels and kitchen towels - despite three bathrooms, there was oddly only one hand towel in the whole house, and only one kitchen towel. We found some washcloths in the laundry room that we used to hand-dry pots and pans and other items that didn't go in the dishwasher. A drying rack could have also been helpful. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would look here again if we return to Arnold!

Great house, great location

The house had no reviews but we decided to risk and booked it. Glad we did! We came for the snow fun, and right off the bat: the entry to the house is flat and stairs-free, which is a huge plus in snowy-slippery weather. Right on the property hill behind the house we discovered a nice long slope, far enough from trees to be safe and long enough to be fun, so we just took our sleds and had fun there, no need to go to Bear Valley. The house is spacious, equipped with new appliances, nice kitchen, the heater works really well. The snowy views are gorgeous and the upstairs bathroom with the tub is so beautiful. Very close to the plaza. Minor cons: no dryer shelf to dry the shoes after snow. We did not take any board games thinking to use the ones mentioned in the listing, but they all turned out to be quite complicated for age 10-12+ so we could not play any of those with our kids. No kettle so used a coffee machine for boiling water but not very convenient. Coffee machine was Keurig and bring your own K-cups. The snow storm caused a power outage and the house started getting really cold, no hot water, etc. The fireplace could only keep the living room warm so we packed up and left one day early. The owner kindly refunded the night we did not use. Overall a great location and property!

Tatyana, thanks so much for staying with us. Our apologies you could not stay the full time due to the winter storm and loss of power to the area. Thanks for the feedback on how we can improve the home for guests. We do have a shoe shelf in the coat closet. We will make sure to place this in a more accessible place right at the entrance. Kettle is something we will equip the house with ASAP. The Keurig system at home actually is setup to also work without K cups, You can use the roasted coffee powder provided at the property to brew coffee without the need for K Cups. We will make sure the instructions are kept right next to the keurig machine. Thanks for your feedback on the games. We will work to equip the home with more quicker/simpler board games. The house was very nice and the air conditioning was very appreciated as it was very hot. It was also nice to have the 2 bedrooms on the level entry, so no stairs. The Roku TV was a little hard to navigate.
