Beach towels, four boogie boards, and six beach chairs are on-hand for your convenience. Thanks to this home's outdoor lanai, you'll be protected as you kick back no matter what the weather. Rinse off in the outdoor shower, then step inside to a fun interior filled with ocean-themed decor. Indoors, central air-conditioning will ensure everyone is cool and comfortable while cooking delicious meals in the modern open kitchen. The downstairs game room provides a foosball table and plenty of games to enjoy, including those for children. Not to mention, you'll have a desk workspace when you need to complete a few remote assignments.

Security camera details: There are three active surveillance cameras: one at the front door, one pointing at the pool area, and the third facing towards the front steps from the front door.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
