This immaculate, cozy two bedroom townhome features a primary bedroom with a king bed as well as a full, 4-piece ensuite bath. The spacious second bedroom is equipped with two full size beds and just a few steps from a 3-piece bathroom. The main floor features an expansive kitchen with a large breakfast bar overlooking the open concept dining/living rooms and a half bath. Mozy on out to the private lanai through one of the large multi-exit series of doors, where you'll find a private hot tub, dining table & chairs and a set our loungers, perfect for unwinding after a full day of adventures. We offer a stackable washer/dryer for your personal use. This townhome is also equipped with a fiberoptics WIFI system providing optimal speeds. We provide a starter kit of essentials, giving you the chance to get settled, unpack and relax without worry of kitchen or bath needs for a day or two.
Our resort community and surrounding area offers loads of activities for the whole family to enjoy. Within the gated community, we have a large heated swimming pool, another hot tub and a separate pool offering waterslides. On weather permitting days, outdoor games are displayed for everyone to use around the pool area. Games such as, ping-pong, beanbag toss, outdoor size connect four and may more. Within the mix of the pool amenities, is our poolside snack and drink bar so you don't have to worry about trekking back to your house for munchies. Inside the clubhouse, you will find a fitness center and convenience store for those last minutes items. The pool area is equipped with free wifi for you to use.
Regal Oaks is a hidden gem for location and our proximity to Walt Disney World. Only 2.5 miles outside the gates of Disney, 1.5 blocks to HWY 192 and all the shops/restaurants the area has to offer, families are sure to enjoy their time. We are ideally located right next door to the world famous "Old Town" and Kissimmee's Fun Spot for the days that you just want to stay close to home, yet have a light day of activities for the family.
All reservations must have the booking person being 25 years of age or older. A government-issued photo ID is required to be supplied upon booking. Check-in instructions will not be issued until this is fulfilled and will be verified upon arrival.
Our home is licensed to accommodate a maximum of 6 people. If false information is given and we determine more than 6 people are in our home, the reservation becomes null and void, All occupants will be required to vacate immediately with no funds returned.
We have a strict check in/out policy, unless authorized in writing, anyone violating these times will be charged $50 per hour from your deposit and the sheriff's office may be called to remove you.
There is no smoking in or within 10 feet of any doors or windows. No illegal drugs.
