Cocoonr agency offers this charming 46 m² house with shared swimming pool for rent in Guidel-Plages, less than 500 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a lovely 19 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath) and a garden of around 84 m². Wifi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 19 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- An open-plan kitchenette, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with 1 bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom with bath
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, plancha, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A swimming pool (shared and unheated) open from 15 June to 15 September.
- A lovely 84 m² west-facing, private, enclosed garden with deckchairs
- A private 18 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather (1 table and 6 chairs)
- A shed adjoining the house, accessible from the terrace
The house is ideally located in Guidel, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- On foot: swimming pool, tennis, surfing, paddle, spa, fishing, cycling, kite flying, mini-golf, walking, children's games, etc.
- By car or bike: Guidel municipal swimming pool, golf, tree climbing, horse riding, tourism (tourist sites: Port-Louis, Larmor, Lorient + Cité de la voile, Doelan, Pont-Aven, etc)
Lorient Interceltic Festival during the first week of August
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park (one private space).
As for other means of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station and airport: Lorient about 8 km away

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
