Booking Information:

- Check-in after 4:00 pm, check-out by 10:00 am.
- HOA Policy: Must be 25 years or older to rent. No student groups allowed.
- Maximum Occupancy: 6
- No Pets allowed
- No Smoking in or around the property. Please note that Celadon Beach Resort has a strict no smoking policy and no pet policy for renters. Any violation of the smoking or pet policy will result if the loss of your damage deposit and potential immediate eviction without refund.
- Parking Permit required - $45 flat fee per vehicle per stay (as of 1/1/24).
- E-signed Rental Agreement required upon booking; a 3-day grace period for e-signature.
- Credit card payments: 2nd payment (due 60 days from stay) automatically collected.
- A $250 Security Deposit "Hold" will be placed on your card that is on file 5 days prior to arrival. Holds are released within 2 days of departure, often the same day.

Hello from the Youngs! We're a family of four, originally from St. Louis, MO, now calling Nashville, TN home since 2017. With over two decades of experience managing long-term rentals, we embarked on a new adventure in December 2016 – our first beach vacation rental at Ramsgate Harbour.
