THE LIVING SPACE

The house, completely renovated in 2021 by an interior designer, is spread over two levels.
On the ground floor, a large living room and an open kitchen decorated in black & white tones bring character and elegance to the living room. Enjoy a lunch on the terrace facing the pine trees and the ocean in complete peace and quiet.
On the garden level, a second living room and summer kitchen open onto the swimming pool. You will also find a gym room, a weight room and a shower with toilets accessible directly from the swimming pool.
The house is equipped with reversible air conditioning.

THE BEDROOMS

The master suite (Kingsize bed) equipped with a dressing room, a shower room and its toilet is on the main floor. It has a splendid sea view and direct access to the terrace. Two other suites (Quennsize beds) with their shower room and toilet are available.
The 4th suite (Queensize bed) is located on the garden level, its bay window opens directly onto the terrace and the swimming pool.

THE “PLUS”

Its petanque strip court and its barbecue to enjoy summer evenings outside.

For a drink on a terrace or a meal at the restaurant, head towards the magnificent square in the center of Bidart (1.3km) and the city center of Biarritz (4.8km).
