Set on a fully fenced plot, you can relax on the 45 m² wooden terrace, enjoy the Jacuzzi, and have your meals or barbecue outdoors.

A pétanque court is available for fun and friendly competitions.

Ground floor:

Spacious living area open to a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, stovetop, toaster, etc.), offering views of the terrace and garden.

Bedroom 1: double bed (160×190 cm), bedside tables, and closet

Bedroom 2: two single beds (90×190 cm), bedside tables, and closet

Bathroom: walk-in shower, single sink, heated towel rail, and separate toilet

Mezzanine:

Convertible corner sofa and TV

Arcade game, bookshelf, desk for remote work or children’s creative activities

Additional amenities:

Garage with washing machine

During the summer season, you can enjoy the Gastes market every Tuesday morning.

The chalet is just a 10-minute drive from Parentis-en-Born, where you will find shops, restaurants, the weekly markets (every Thursday and Sunday morning), and arenas hosting many local festivities (feria, bull events, concerts, etc.).

A security deposit check of €1000 will be required for the accommodation

Tourist tax is payable separately according to current rates
