Custom built, every detail of the home’s interior and exterior living spaces were meticulously planned to create the ultimate family getaway. A stunning combination of beach tranquility and contemporary style come together to create a warm and comfortable ambiance. From the moment you enter the private, gated drive you won’t want to leave.

Ideally located between Waimea Bay and Pipeline surf break- both are a short walk or bike ride away. Prime location for watching the World Championships of Surfing. Turtle Bay Resort Golf Course (home to the Champion’s tour and LPGA events) & luxurious spa are only a 15 minute drive away. In the other direction 15 minutes you can shop and tour the historic Haleiwa Town and sample the renowned shave ice or dine out. Incredible snorkeling in Shark’s Cove marine reserve a 5 minute walk away or just pick shells on the beach in front of the house.

The home’s exterior space is landscaped with fragrant plumerias, colorful shower trees, native lush greenery, bright tropical plants and a fruit orchard. The back yard is a blend of flat grass for sports and games with garden beds full of gingers, native hibiscus, and other vibrant flora. This unobstructed setting offers incredible, expansive panoramic views. Imagine lounging with a backdrop of whales breaching, waves crashing on the lava rocks, sailboats coasting by, and the frequent model photo shoot occurring. Just lay back and listen to the sound of the waves. And if you are up for venturing off the property the famous Ke Iki Beach is just a few steps away to hit the sand. When you return from the beach there is an enclosed outdoor shower for rising off. And that is just the day time. Have cocktails upstairs off the lanai and enjoy dining alfresco. The evening offers spectacular sunsets, pink skies followed by incredible star shows. With this view the kids will even look up from their electronic devices.

When you enter the house through the custom designed seascape glass door you’ll know that you have arrived in paradise. The main floor has 2 queen bedrooms each with en-suites; and a playful nautical themed children’s suite with double bunk beds, giant bean bags, TV and the children’s bathroom. Additionally there is a laundry room and guest bath which leads out to the backyard and outdoor shower. But the showpiece is the open concept living, dining and kitchen….a chef’s dream with Wolf range/oven, plus a Miele wall oven, microwave, and warming drawer. Any tool and piece of equipment you could possible need is supplied. Plus you won’t even mind cooking since you are staring out at the ocean while you prep. The massive granite kitchen island seats five plus the custom designed and handmade monkey pod wood slab table seats ten comfortably plus there an outdoor table close by that seats 6.

Upstairs there are 2 master suites outfitted with king beds, walk in closets with built in shelving, an office (with one of the best views in the house) and master baths. The master spa bath designed with stunning sea colored glass tiles, has a soaking tub and spa shower with multiple rain heads. Turn on the music speakers in the bathroom and relax away any stresses. Also upstairs is the media room/bar- equipped with state of the art media center. Gather the family and sink into the giant bean bags for a movie night or sports game. The bar which opens to the upstairs lanai is perfect for evening sunset cocktails.

Ideally laid out for one to two families to enjoy together. High end in design and features yet the house is meant for relaxing and comfort. The house has a number of bikes (more available via rental at the top of the street) for exploring the surrounding area along the bike path. There are also multiple beach chairs, lots of beach towels and some snorkeling gear.

Do to the new rules we can only allow one guest every 30 days, so don’t miss out. Each guest will have a 30-day window and the private lease agreement will reflect the appropriate dates for their use. Note we will execute a rental agreement outside of the VRBO platform information to manage dates and be in compliance with Hawaii regulation.

• Rinse sand off from beach in backyard before getting into outdoor shower
• It's the NORTH SHORE, please close driveway gate, garage and lock house at ALL TIMES. Even if you are just walking to the beach or store.
• Please recognize that the bikes and beach gear in the garage are for guests but the other goods in the garage are the owners. Please be respectful and not use them (surf boards, car, dirt bikes, etc).
