Spacious oceanfront condo, steps to beach and pool!

This unit is located in the charming Surfwatch III building in Surfside Beach (aka "The Family Beach")

This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom first floor corner unit provides plenty of sunlight and a stunning oceanfront balcony with bistro seating. It has been updated throughout, featuring a full-size kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, LVP flooring throughout, and newly renovated bathrooms. The unit also features high speed WIFI, cable TV, smart TV, central heat/AC, and full size washer and dryer.

The Surfwatch III building offers a pool, outdoor lounge area, elevator, and community bbq. Two parking passes are provided. Sorry no golf carts, motorcycles, trailers, smoking, or pets.

The updated kitchen offers all the comforts of home. The countertop has seating for three. There is also room for four at the dining table.

Enjoy the ocean breeze or catch sight of a dolphin on the oceanfront balcony, equipped with bistro seating.

The oceanfront master features sweeping ocean views. It includes a king size bed, TV, celling fan, private door to the balcony, and full master bathroom.

The second bedroom is equipped with two twin beds, TV, and celling fan.

The living room has a full size couch, two recliners, and a 55 inch smart TV.

Fresh linens, towels, bathroom/kitchen starter set (one roll of bathroom tissue, one roll of paper towels, and one dishwasher pod) is provided as part of the cleaning fee.

Staying beach front

We enjoyed our stay. Quiet and peaceful made it perfect for a couple older folks like us. Loved the view from the time you walk in the door you can see the ocean, in the mornings in the kitchen you can see the ocean while having coffee or breakfast to stitting in the living room looking out the double glass doors to sitting on the balcony you have a perfect view. Host is johnny on the spot about answeing you back about anything you ask. We would definitely come back. Also for me personally i loved the step in shower and having a laundry room! Thanks Marc for a nice stay!

Wonderful Vacation!!

Our week at Surfside was amazing! The location of this condo is perfect. Very quiet, and even during peak season, the beach wasn’t crowded at all. We will definitely be back!

PERFECT LOCATION

This condo was perfect, there was plenty of room and the kitchen was large and fully equipped for cooking meals. We enjoyed the large balcony with the tall bistro chairs, perfect for drinking coffee and watching the sun rise. The location was great and we were able to walk to dinner and the pier. We would stay in this condo again in a heartbeat, absolutely no complaints.

Family Trip

Condo was very clean upon arrival and had great views of the beach. The owners were very easy to get a hold of and responded quickly. 10 minute walk to restaurants and close to grocery store. I would rent again and recommend the condo to others!

Great spot, had a blast

We were impressed with the great communication from the owners in advance of our stay, and found no surprises upon arrival—everything was as advertised. It was as easy as it could have been. The beach location was in an excellent area where it was not overcrowded, friendly, and well maintained. We had a blast and having a fantastic “home base” was integral.

Great stay on the beach.

Had a wonderful time on this beach front condo. Handy first floor location with great views of the ocean, beach and pool. Elevator handy for mobility challenged guests and arrival loading of stuff. Side unit with windows made it very bright. Owners almost completedremodeling

Proximity to pools

The condo itself was very nice. The bed was comfy, the furniture was in good shape, and the kitchen was well stocked. Our only complaint would be about the close proximity to not only the pool at our building but also to the pool next door. Guests were in both pools before and after the posted times.

Perfect location for vacation!

This is an ideal location for vacation. It’s right on the beach. The owners were prompt with responses to any questions. The property was clean and perfect size. On my trip back home I realized I had left my phone charger and contacted Jack. He was so prompt with a response and was willing to mail it back to me. Definitely will be requesting to stay here again when I visit MB! Thank you!

Closest unit to the beach

We come for a beach week vacation each year during our daughter's "fall break". This unit was the closest to beach access, and we never used a cooler to drag to the beach. Beautifully decorated and updated unit. We didn't realize how many wonderful restaurants were less than 2 miles from this condo! Showers were hot with good water pressure and air conditioning kept the place nice and cool. Will definitely stay again.

Wonderful Condo

We have rented numerous condos in Surfside Beach and this is, without question, the very best. The pictures on the web site don't really do justice to how delightful this condo actually is. The beds are extremely comfortable and the ocean views from the balcony are amazing. The kitchen is well equipped and the elevator up to the first floor is wonderful when first arriving with luggage. Great But a Few Minor Issues

Overall the place was great. The owner communication was awesome and he even let us in the condo early. A few minor issues…the drain stopper in sink in the second bathroom wasn’t hooked up to anything and it was stuck shut. I had to pry it open and remove it for the duration of our stay. The master bedroom door won’t latch shut. The latch and door striker don’t line up. The bedroom pillows are thin as paper which makes it uncomfortable. However, these are minor issues. The view was majestic. I would stay there again.

Very lovely

The condo was very comfortable and accessibility to the beach and pool were great. The beach is shallow and safer for young children. The kitchen was well stocked with the exception of tupperware for leftovers and tongs for grilling, but we made due. There was some dry paper and soap/laundry stock available which was nice to use till we were fully unpacked. Having beach items available was nice too. My only negative comment would be a lack of storage for food in the kitchen or laundry storage areas. We ended up clearing off a shelf in the MBR to store food and it worked out well. Overall it was a very relaxing and comfortable stay. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

A perfect beach location

This unit is conveniently located right on the beach in Surfside Beach. There is sufficient parking. The first floor location makes it easily accessible. The keypad entry means you do not have to worry about keeping track of your keys when you head to the beach. The unit was very clean and comfortably furnished. The kitchen has been updated with granite countertops, pendant lighting and wood laminate flooring. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, glasses, flatware and cooking utensils and pots/pans. The bathrooms also have upgraded features. The beds are very comfortable. The fact that beds linens are provided is an extra bonus and there is an ample supply of bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Jack is personable and responded promptly to questions and the few minor issues that arose. This definitely makes the list of places we would revisit!
