Mossy Rocks at Old Edwards Club
Mossy Rocks is an elegant Thomas Craig cottage in the Old Edwards Club at Highlands Cove. Hidden in native and hybrid rhododendrons, colorful gardens, wildlife, over looks front water feature and rear stream. A generous rain produces torrents of stunning white water...front and back.
Main House is 3/3 with beautiful Cashiers granite fireplaces in great room and on covered porch. Comfortable master (King) and guest (King) suites are on main level , with guest bedroom (King that can be converted into 2 Twins) and bath above. Dramatic 3 story Koenig-designed garage.
Douglas fir post and beam studio apartment above the garage offers a fourth bedroom (2 "stackable" Twins + a daybed) and bath. Below the garage is a Game Room with a Ping Pong Table, Darts, Game table and Board Games and TV w/ surround sound. An additional 2 Twin Beds are available in this room for guest use, and a brand new Full Bathroom was installed in 2025. Extensive decks wrap around the house and connect to the garage structure, which combines Douglas Fir and steel post and beam.
The innate beauty of this comfortable home is enhanced with plantings of native ferns, hostas, wildflowers...and mossy rocks. There is no better place to spend your Highlands Cove stay than at Mossy Rocks!

[All of the homes managed by Highlands Vacation Rentals have wifi internet access(speeds may vary based on different providers), basic kitchenware & dishes, linens provided, and a starter set of amenities including: 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom + A set of personal shampoo, conditioner, hand & body soap (also per bathroom), 2 paper towel rolls, a few kitchen trash bags, a kitchen sponge, some dish soap and a couple of dishwasher and laundry detergent pods. ]
CANCELLATION POLICY: Our cancellation policy (effective for bookings confirmed after April 1, 2024) is outlined below:
For reservations that are 21 days or less, A reservation cancelled ( by email receipt ) between 0 - 45 days prior to arrival is not eligible for a refund. If reservation is cancelled more than 45 days prior to arrival, guest shall receive a refund of all payments made* less a cancellation fee of 10% of the total cost of the reservation AND the cost of any trip insurance if purchased.
*Refunds do not include third-party service fees as those are determined by the booking site and we do not control how those funds are processed.
For any reservations that are more than 21 days, No refund will be given unless the property is re-rented over the previously booked dates.
You may purchase Travel insurance to cover your trip for cancellations. Contact Highlands Vacation Rentals for details.
