The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you this charming 102 m² house (ground floor) with swimming pool and pool house for rent in La Croix-Valmer, which can accommodate up to 7 people. It comprises a 25 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 1,200 m² garden. Wi-Fi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A flat with a 25 m² living room with 2 sofas, a TV, an open-plan kitchen equipped with: oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine and a separate bedroom with a double bed (140×190), shower, washbasin and separate WC
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190), shower room, shower and separate WC and a small adjoining room with a single bed and washbasin
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×190), bathroom with bath and WC
Outside:
- A private swimming pool (unheated) measuring 9 m x 4 m. Open from 1 May to 15 September
- 29 m² pool-house equipped with a griddle, hob, sink and fridge, coffee machine, ice maker and large table
- Outdoor shower for returning from the beach
- A lovely 1,200 m² garden, as well as a 17 m² covered terrace (shared by bedrooms 2 and 3) and a 15 m² private uncovered terrace, separate from the flat, furnished with chairs and tables. Ideal for enjoying fine weather.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, plancha, fan, iron...
The flat is ideally located in La Croix-Valmer, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
