Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (no lift), it consists of a lovely 30 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower). Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we are just waiting for you!

The accommodation is as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A bright 30 m² living room with cathedral ceilings, TV and sofa.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with a pull-out bed (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron.

The flat is ideally located in Aix-les-Bains, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
