I would, however, like to clarify a few things so future guests have the full picture as well. We are available 24/7, and when you reached out about the bedroom codes, we provided them within seconds. We also explained that the cleaning crew had left the doors open, but one of them unfortunately closed and locked itself again. They sincerely apologized, and we were able to resolve the issue immediately. Regarding the closet and the ice maker, we also arranged for someone to come and address those issues as soon as you reported them. For the towels, we always keep extra supplies in the basement, and we let you know that you were welcome to use them. We completely understand that there were things that did not meet your expectations, and we acknowledge our responsibility for those issues. At the same time, it is honestly disappointing to feel that the efforts we made to respond and assist you immediately were not reflected in your review. Also I deeply apologize for the sofa issues, we will take a look on that. We’re truly sorry again for the inconvenience, and we sincerely hope that, when sharing your experience.
