This property was clean and even though it has 4bdrm the mattresses were very uncomfortable and needs another bathroom. I was very surprised that the back house was just an open area with no window treatments and bugs (dead& alive) so no one could sleep there. The original listing stated another bathroom, bedroom & large sofa sleeper, and blowup mattress, that’s not true. We also had someone come in while my neice & hubby was sleeping during the daytime stating that his family rented that place for the weekend. Texted the host and she said no one else rented that place so we were very puzzled & afraid to sleep that night not knowing if they would come back. It seems like that caused the code to stop working afterwards until someone fixed it. Electricity kept going out for some reason?? The one thing I like most is that they didn’t bother us, unless they were the intruders, but whoever it was they never came back. Nice rehab home, just be prepared to bring toliet paper, paper towels and cleaning supplies for your guests. They did supply very nominal and washing powder.
I did ask for $150 refund for payment for back house since we couldn’t utilize it as planned, but host refused bc she said we had over the limit of guests when she told me no more than 10 adults which we had less than that and 4 kids, and that was the purpose of the back house
