Welcome to this beautiful apartment measuring 25 m², located on the 1st floor (without lift).

Modern and tastefully decorated, it enjoys a prime location close to tourist attractions, shops, transport links, etc., and is the ideal base from which to explore the city.

The entrance opens onto a bright living area comprising a comfortable lounge, equipped with a sofa (non-convertible) and a television. The adjoining dining room has a table that can seat up to 2 people, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine (type Nespresso), utensils and crockery.

The accommodation comprises a bedroom, carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity.
The double-size bed, 140 x 200, is made up with hotel-quality bed linen.

The bathroom features a shower and a large mirror.
The toilet is included in the bathroom.

The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety.
The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort.

Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The lift is very narrow.

All you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay!

Bagneux is a peaceful suburb just south of Paris, perfect for people looking to enjoy the city while staying in a quiet, residential area. Well connected by RER, Bagneux offers quick access to central Paris while providing a more relaxed and local atmosphere. You will enjoy nearby bakeries, parks, and local shops, all within walking distance. It’s an ideal base for both work and leisure stays.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest station, RER Bagneux (ligne B), is just a 4-minute walk. This line leads directly to Châtelet - Les Halles station. You'll be in the heart of Paris in about 30 minutes!

Metro Line 4 is about 19 minutes away from the apartment on foot.

Paris Orly Airport is approximately a 20-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.

For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
