The open-plan living area is stylishly furnished adding to your experience of easy holiday living. Here dining, relaxing and socialising outdoors, all flow effortlessly together. Perfect for the summer, glass doors open onto the deck. Invite guests to watch the sun go down over the ocean, enjoy an alfresco meal, or take part in a uniquely South African 'braai' (that's a barbecue!).
Guests can take up a sun lounger and while away their holiday, reading and sun-tanning alongside the pool. You will love Villa 31âs various indoor and outdoor spaces, well-equipped kitchen and separate lounges. During the summer months, breakfast, lunch and dinner can be enjoyed outside on 3 different levels

This is a dedicated year-round vacation apartment which is exclusively and professionally managed. This property has been meticulously vetted prior to on-boarding, comes with a dedicated 24/7 guest support team, housekeeping, WiFi and hotel grade amenities. The manager prides themselves on offering the highest level of service to ensure you have a memorable stay!

Getting Around:
MyCiTi is Cape Townâs modern, scheduled bus service, and an easy way to get around the city. Current routes link the Airport and central Cape Town with Camps Bay and Clifton, all you need is your Myconnect card preloaded with money, which you can do at any MyCiti station or select retailer. Alternatively, one of the easiest ways to get around is by Uber. Just download the app on your smartphone, register, and start using it straight away. The best part is that you register yourself with your credit card details, so you donât need to always have cash on you to be able to catch a ride.
Other Things to Note:
Rates for 2025/26 have been significantly reduced due to ongoing construction next door to the property. The construction noise levels may vary from extremely noisy to completely quiet, and we cannot provide any guarantees regarding this. By accepting the rate and proceeding with your booking, please be aware that no further compensation will be offered upon arrival or during your stay due to the construction. â May 2024
