Living Spaces

The cozy living room, with its HDTV and gas fireplace is hard to resist after a day spent exploring or working. You’ll want to spend some time here curled up with a book or maybe streaming your favorite shows on HBO Max or Netflix, both included with the 1GB high-speed Wi-Fi. Located just off the kitchen, it’s super convenient for the whole gang to hang out together whether they’re relaxing, preparing meals, or even casually dining.

Upstairs, framed by tall ceilings and a lofted balcony is the game viewing room, complete with large 70” HDTV, all the better for close-ups, repeats, and slo-mo!



Cooking & Dining

The kitchen is large, with generous cabinet and counter space for food storage and preparation. Stainless steel appliances, including the gas stove, will have you creating your culinary masterpieces in style! The kitchen also features a separate breakfast area, complete with coffee and tea pots, a toaster, and a blender. Bon Appetit!

You’ll feel like royalty when you dine in the large formal dining room, with a timeless table for 8 underneath a sparkling chandelier.

If you prefer a more contemporary presentation, take advantage of the alfresco dining table on the generous patio.



Sleeping Accommodations and Bathrooms

The master suite is a true retreat, with a king bed draped in a canopy. A private balcony featuring a romantic covered double chair allows you to survey the neighborhood. Back inside, the cozy side chair invites quiet reflection, and a desk offers privacy if work is on your agenda. The master bath offers a spa experience. Take a much-deserved soak in the Jacuzzi tub or a luxurious shower with the oversized rain shower-head. This space also features dual vanities.

The Bamboo room offers a queen size bed, and the Brooklyn room boasts a king. Both of these uber-comfortable guest rooms offer dual nightstands and lamps, as well as private seating areas. They share a full hall bath with dual vanities and a tub/shower.

If you have additional guests, a queen size air mattress is available. For families traveling with little ones, we’re pleased to offer a baby travel crib.



Outdoor Amenities

Take advantage of the glorious patio with a smokeless firepit and comfy Acapulco chairs as you take in the gorgeous scenery of the Franklin Mountains.

A smaller second story patio offers a romantic rendezvous for two.

The carport can accommodate two vehicles. There is additional street parking available, as well.
