Family Home w/ No Cleaning Fee, King Suite, and Foosball Table

We welcome you to relax and enjoy our Colorado themed home! Our home is conveniently located in between Denver and Boulder. From our home we have quick access to many major highways (I70, 36, I76, I25) which makes traveling to different areas of Colorado convenient. We are less than 30 minutes from Red Rocks and 10 minutes from the 1st Bank Center. Our king suite has an adjustable king size bed, with a TV, a walk-in closet, desk/vanity, and attached bathroom.

Service dogs are welcome! Please notify us when booking.

We allow two pet dogs per reservation, we please ask that dogs be crated when left unattended in the home. Please be sure to select the pet option when booking.

Our home is located in a beautiful neighborhood with Lake Arbor a 5-10 minute walk from the home. Kayaking and catch and release fishing are allowed at the lake. There is a roughly a 1.5 mile hiking trail with mountain views (on the west side) around the perimeter of the lake. There is also a park, basketball court, and covered picnic tables available for use. Our neighbor is quiet and calm. We are roughly a 5-10 minute walk or 3 minutes drive from a Safeway grocery store. We are located minutes away from a fire station and police station. We are also a 5 minutes drive from Lake Arbor Golf Course and Indian Tree Golf Club.

Loved our stay!

This house was perfect for our party of 7. We had 4 adults and kids ages 15, 10, & 8. The house is so big, we had so much room to spread out and do our own thing. The kids loved the foose ball table and games. The neighborhood was super quiet with easy access to the highway. The house looked just like the pictures and the hosts were very quick to respond. Highly recommend!

Perfect family place

Everything in this house is thought out. There are even q-tips in the bathroom! There were 7 of us for Thanksgiving and the kitchen was great for big meal prep, the table was perfect for games, the two baths and 4 bedrooms fantastic. Beds were a lot firm, but everything else trumped the hard beds! Backyard perfect and neighborhood great to take a walk. Hosts were amazing, accommodating and responsive.

Wonderful!

The property was exactly as described, in a lovely location, and all communications with the owners was easy and went smoothly. We all enjoyed this lovely home away from home. First off, the home was clean and inviting. The living spaces have plenty of seating for visiting or viewing television. The kitchen is well appointed for use by those wanting to use the facilities. The beds seemed to all be comfortable. We only had two nights at the property, but enjoyed each minute there.

Great home, great hosts and great location!

Kayla was so friendly and helpful. The home is comfortable and has absolutely everything to make your stay perfect. Great beds-my 88 year old Dad got the best sleep he had in many months. Great neighborhood, very convenient and safe. We will definitely stay here again!

Super Clean and Great/Safe Location

We absolutely loved this place! It was very clean and accommodating. The location is fabulous. The area gives you a warm and fuzzy safe feeling. We stopped here as part of a longer journey, so we had our trailer. The house has a garage that we were able to secure our trailer in. We will definitely stay at this location again in the future. Love This Home

This property was even better in person!! The home was exactly what we needed for our group. Large open space when you walk in (two living areas) with a fooseball table and large family table for group dinners and games. Excellent neighborhood! We did not want to leave this place. :) Owners were so kind and responsive throughout entire time. Hope to stay here again!!

Clean, updated and well appointed home

Very nice, clean and well updated home. I especially appreciated all the little extras (a lot of them) - basket of coffees/tea/hydration power, basket of snacks, spices, dish soap, shampoo/conditioner, plenty of toilet paper, and many more! And plenty of towels. Really enjoyed the openness of the family room, kitchen and dinning room- very nice for family time. It felt comfortable and like home. Only negatives- not knowing the area- it was farther from everything we wanted to do - but not a horrible drive. And- the yard needs a lot of work- but it didn’t negatively impact our stay.

An Excellent Stay!

This house was a perfect stay for my family and I! Very clean, a wonderful neighborhood near a lake and park. I would definitely want to stay here again, 100% recommend this home. The owners were very welcoming and responded to my every need. Comes fully equipped with towels, toilet paper, hygiene necessities, you name it!

As advertised!

Convenient proximity to EVERYTHING - from the grocery store, to whatever it is that brought you here, it was easy to get to it all. Nice neighborhood to wake up and walk the dog in too! House was clean and stocked well with all the stuff you need to make meals and share the space while you are not out exploring CO… everything the listing states :)
