We created a peaceful retreat for our family and friends to enjoy. It is with pleasure that we invite you to stay at our “piece of paradise” and fall in love with nature creating lasting memories for years to come. Villa Mia is a 3/2 modern island retreat with gorgeous wrap around balcony and beautiful 360 water views, spacious master bedroom with motorized room darkening, towel warming on both bathrooms, washer and dryer, large kitchen with top of the line appliances, TV’s in all rooms, High speed internet, large breezeway away with lounging and dining areas, all that on a quiet and safe residential neighborhood; the best in Tavernier Key. A top of the line home away from home.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Mia in the Florida Keys! The waterfront views from the upper balcony were breathtaking. The extent of the wildlife visiting us was incredible, from daily visits from the Manatees to occasional Dolphins and Ospreys. The home was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped, however we need to bring a kettle next time (for a British cup of tea). It was the perfect base for fishing, boating, snorkelling, and exploring the areas restaurants and bars. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we’re already planning our next trip back.

We are sorry you guys missed the kettle on top of the refrigerator cabinet. We always have the electric one out instead. For your next visit you’ll find your old English tea waiting for you and the proper kettle along with biscuits and sandwiches, or if you prefer our Cuban pastelitos like the ones you were so fond of . Great house, great amenities, great hospitality

We loved Villa Mia! Everything we could have needed was provided throughout our stay. Pool was nice, dock was nice, house was nice, location and views were amazing. Host communicated well before, during, and after our stay.

Fantastic Stay

The pictures don't do this home justice . It is absolutely spectacular! The views are endless and the owners have added so many special touches throughout. The owner was an absolute pleasure to deal with and responds to every question almost instantly. We have rented several homes in Islamorada and this was the best experience we have ever had. My family and I can't wait to return.

Awesome getaway at Villa Mia

This home is absolutely beautiful. So many thoughtful amenities (towel rack warmer, electric shades, phone chargers, many kitchen appliances etc). House is stocked with everything you could think of. Very clean new and modern. It’s located in a very nice neighborhood for walking biking and sunsets. Highly recommend! Hope to be back soon! Exceptional!

The communication before our trip was so helpful and once we arrived, it was like a dream! The home was SPOTLESS clean, the location and views were amazing, the owner was very attentive (without being overbearing), and the entire home was so well equipped with all the right things to make it feel like we were in our own home! SO many different kitchen appliances and utensils dishes and barware for a crowd! All the different living/hangout areas made for such a roomy, relaxed vacation. We just loved kicking back, watching the boats come and go past the house all day. Villa Mia ranks high on our Happiness Scale and we cannot wait to go stay again!

Picture perfect stay at Villa Mia

I had the best experience at Villa Mia and would not hesitate to rent here again. The house itself is modern and beautifully appointed. It is full of little details with high-end touches throughout and as a bonus, the hosts had generously left the house stocked with many household essentials (which has not been the case with several other properties I've rented in the area). The house was immaculately clean upon my arrival so it was easy to feel comfortable and at home immediately. The bayfront location and outdoor setup at Villa Mia offers endless opportunities for entertainment and relaxation. The views from the balcony were picturesque at all times of day and perfect for watching boats come and go off the bay. There were plenty of sea creature sightings from the dock, especially with the newly-installed underwater dock lights for nighttime tarpon viewing. The yard is fully fenced in, so I had peace of mind letting my dog roam the property (and she was a happy camper too). Villa Mia is located in a great area. It provides convenient access to both Islamorada and Key Largo with lots of good restaurants in either direction.The neighborhood is lovely, quiet, and safe. It was a beautiful locale to walk the dog every day. Hosts Jaime and Mia were incredibly welcoming and nice people. Jaime was easy to communicate with and very accommodating of my requests and questions. Thank you Jaime and Mia for sharing your gem of a home with me!
