The house is fully furnished, One is able to cook one's own meals and really relax in privacy. There are plenty of bars and restaurants all within a relatively short distance from the house.
We offer FREE fortnightly cleaning service for bookings over 14 night. Netflix and YouTube are available on the TV so you can log into your own profile account and enjoy the shows that you were watching at home. There is also the Apple TV which is a streaming media player, which means it takes content from the Internet and displays it on the TV. In addition to Apple’s own digital video options, the device also supports most of the other top entertainment providers: Netflix, Amazon Video, Hulu, HBO GO/HBO NOW, WatchESPN, PBS, YouTube, etc.

Guests will be emailed with booking arrival information, so are advised to provide your updated personal direct email address as part of the booking process. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that check-in before 15:00 or after 18:00 will incur a surcharge from GBP 45 to GBP 75, depending on arrival time. Booking processing fees will apply to all bookings. Please note that check-out between 11:00 to 15:00 will incur a surcharge from GBP 45 to GBP 75 depending on departure time. This property uses bank transfer as one of its payment methods. For health and safety purposes, rooms are extensively cleaned and disinfected before the arrival of all guests. This is to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 and as such, additional rooms should be reserved prior to arrival if required. If the Guest's number is less than the full capacity of the property, we reserve the right to lock away the rooms with the excess beds and make available only enough beds for the guest’s number which have been booked and paid for. Optionally, we can leave the rooms opened for an additional charge. Prior to arrival, the property will pre-authorize the credit/debit card in the amount of GBP 400 per apartment. This is fully refundable and it will be released following an inspection of the property. Please note the property requires the card holder to be present and staying with the party, in order to verify the card details supplied at the time of booking. Please be advised that upon receiving your booking we will take up to approximately 30% of the total cost, from the card provided without further notice. This is part of our processing procedure in order to secure the property for your stay. The outstanding balance can be made via bank transfer within 7 days before arrival or in cash upon arrival.
