ROSE Holidays offers the superb Villa Colette, located in Les Sables d'Olonne, in the Cayola bay.

Ideal for a peaceful stay while remaining close to beaches and amenities, this independent villa of over 130 m² offers a relaxing and verdant setting, perfect for holidays with family or friends.



Nestled at the end of a dead end, it has a large enclosed garden, a terrace overlooking the greenery and a balcony with sea views, for privileged moments of relaxation.



The house is entirely independent and can accommodate up to 9 adults.



On the ground floor:



Bright living/dining room open to a fitted kitchen: dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker.

One bedroom with a double bed.

Bathroom with shower and double washbasin.

Separate toilet.



Upstairs:



A double bed room, sea view and direct access to the balcony.

Exit Instructions Mandatory

The included housekeeping corresponds to a standard service. To ensure consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

Wash and put away dishes

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the rubbish to the designated locations

Gather used linen in the entrance of the accommodation

In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if a thorough cleaning proves necessary, a supplement will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)
