This place was so lovely, clean, peaceful and quiet. The host is beyond accommodating and little touches to the space make it cozy and really feel like a riverside getaway.

Great quiet and cozy place to stay

My stay was phenomenal! I traveled to the area for the Total Archery Challenge. It was peaceful, very clean, and not far from town! I will definitely be back to stay again!!

Cute Cabin

I rented my boyfriend and I a cabin for my birthday night and it was absolutely cute and super nice. It was quiet and just great to spend time with just the two of us. It was clean, and just perfect. We had a wonderful time. The owners were super nice and amazing and easy to get in touch with. I highly recommend using them for your stay in Fayetteville, TN. We will definitely be booking future stays.

Just what we needed

I have family that lives in Fayetteville, so we needed a place that was close to town, could accommodate three people, with a place to sleep and shower. This cabin fit our needs perfectly. (Within 4 miles of our family, the beds were comfortable, and the cabin was exremely clean) Even though there were other people staying on the grounds and using the fire pit location, once we were inside the cabin, it was perfectly silent and you couldn’t hear anything going on outside.

Awesome location

This adorable little cabin is right on the water. Tiny but perfect for me and my daughter. Super clean, and the hosts were excellent. They were quick to offer any assistance we may have needed, but they had everything so well prepared for us, we never had to ask. We were able to come and go without any issues. Cabin and property were well kept, clean, and cozy. Close to actual town, but far enough out of the way to enjoy nature. Highly recommend this little spot!! There were people staying in the other cabins, but no one bothered anyone other than to say “hello” and an apology when one’s pup got loose and came to play. 10/10 experience here and plan to come back- maybe even bring the whole family!

Elk River Getaway

We stayed at this cabin bc it was on the river that we wanted to float. Never being on the Elk came with concerns, but everything worked out perfect! We drove 2.5 miles, where we left our vehicle at a TVA Public area, and floated 3.2 miles back to the cabin. On our 2nd day, we were lucky enough to find Bunni's Rideshare (in Winchester I think). I dropped off my wife and our kayaks at Stump Shoals and took the truck back to the cabin where Bunni picked me up to take me back to Stump Shoals. It was a beautiful 10 mile float we did in about 6.5 hours back to the property. There were a couple other cabins on property, but we really hardly noticed others being there. We will be back with more people for sure.

Nice time on the river

We loved getting out in the country and enjoyed spending time on the river. This cabin is in a great location to visit Lynchburg and other small TN towns, and we were easily able to find places to hike to a waterfall within an hour's drive. Fayetteville itself does not have an amazing downtown but there were plenty of places to explore nearby. A few things to note: - As pictured, the cabin is just one room, and there is no place to sit down other than the bed. Eating was a little bit of a challenge for that reason but we made it work. The kitchenette appliances/supplies are limited so definitely check it out before going to the store (Walmart is close by!). I would recommend bringing bottled water with you. - The bathroom door is a sliding barn door, so there is a gap on either side - not a sealed door. Just in case anyone would be uncomfortable with that. - It was fun having kayaks and canoes available although several were broken or had holes so if there are others staying on the property at the same time who would also like to use them, there would not be enough for everyone (unless they all got fixed). There was one other couple who used the kayaks the same day we did and between the two groups we used them all. - When sitting on the front porch of two of the cabins, you are facing the owners' home/porch. We weren't aware that would be the case and we typically don't rent places where the owners' home is visible, just for privacy's sake. It didn't turn out to be a major issue but I think we would have liked a heads up on that. There was another couple staying at the cabin next door to us but they were quiet and it did not affect our stay at all. - We loved being out on the river, and we were able to scrounge up one or two fishing poles from the porch of one of the other cabins that had not been rented that weekend. We sadly forgot to bring our own fishing gear! But if you are a fisherman, this river is great, going either direction from the house. We took a picnic one day and stayed out almost the whole day.

We are glad to hear you enjoyed the majority of your stay and are very sorry to hear that there were some parts you weren’t satisfied with! As far as the front porch situation, it is not “facing” the owners house by any means for two reasons: first, it faces the tree line beside the creek, not the house. The house is visible, but it does not face the house. Second, that is now our primary residence, as it is also just a much larger rental for much larger groups and is also part of Riverwalk properties! We truly hope your future travels meet your expectations moving forward!! Safe travels and God bless from us and ours to you and yours!

Cute cabin by creek

Communication was top notch and checkin was easy. Everything was clean and cute. Cabin is small without kitchen but bed is SUPER comfortable and host was very welcoming. Property has creek running through it and the fire pit was nice in the evening.
