Amazing time at this lovely rental!

My friends and I stayed here for my birthday this year and it was the perfect rental! Located right next to the beach, many restaurants walking distance, communication with the owners was excellent. The rental itself is very spacious and clean. I would definitely love to stay here again!

This was our second year staying at this property - and probably will not be our last. The property is big enough to handle our group and is in a great location, with some good restaurant's nearby, plus there is a bus stop right there as well if you don't want to move your car once you've arrived.

Great place to stay in a great location! There was 8 of us that stayed. We were given two parking passes and then there was always parking available on the street. Just across from Aloft and Taphouse which have beautiful view of the sunset. Will definitely stay here again!

Size of condo great. Balcony needs some small tables. Sliding door from living room needs work. The 82 year old visitorcould not sit on any furniture due to couch and chair being worn and to soft.. kitchen has no pots or pans to cook with. Internet subscription should state this. Master bathroom should have some type of handi cap handle by toilet. The furnished linens, towels etc were an excellent benefit. The location of the unit was excellent to watch cars racing by. Overall an excellent unit

House cleanliness

Overall, it was great to stay and book with you all. However, there were some things I found that were not cleaned or outdated. The lamp shade in the living room was stained, the couch was a bit dusty and did not feel clean or comfortable to sleep on, when we tried to use the pull out. The bed sheets did not seem fresh and clean, very itchy and uncomfortable. The shower curtain liner in the main bathroom nearest to the kitchen, was dirty with mold and looks as if it hasn’t been replaced in months. The air was very moist and I found it hard to breathe. I believe this place is beautiful overall, just a few minor sweats but it does have potential to be updated and amazing. Thank you!

When we arrived the place smelled so musty. The towels they provide were still damp. Furniture is old. The beds are uncomfortable. Some of the bedsheets were dirty so we had to wash them. The kitchen pots and pans are so scratched up and rusted you can’t use them. The front door doesn’t lock. There are too many things wrong with this place to list here. Also, we were charged $228 for damage to the wall that was already there hidden behind a furniture. So ridiculous that this place is so old they charged me to fix something that was already there. Don’t rent this place. There are so many better places to rent in Ocean City. We rent in Ocean City several times a year and this is by far the worst place.

Condo description and pictures misleading.

I rented this condo for a family reunion., A total of 5 stayed. Upon arrival, the walls were filthy. There was dirt/lint coming out of vents and the apartment smelled bad. There is mold in all of the bathrooms and the oven was dirty. The couches were disgusting we couldn't sit on them. I called and complained they came out with chair covers well that was good right, these folks state that they have WiFi and internet. That was a lie. We didn't have WiFi or Internet until the last day of our stay. I had to call the owner because his staff was rude and would not answer my call or respond to me. This was while experience was awful and ruined my vacation. Sharing my experience in hoped that no one else will have to deal with this.

Thank you for staying with us. We have found that with over 100,000 guests and being premier hosts that not every guest is going to be a good fit. We tried our best to address all of the issues raised and in a timely manner. As this is a rental unit, guests may see signs of wear from many busy seasons. However, we can assure you that all of our units are disinfected and cleaned between each guest and are inspected by one of our operations staff members before each new guest’s arrival. Nevertheless, we still extended a courtesy refund of the cleaning fee to this guest and had our staff deliver couch covers within 3 hours of receiving their message. Unfortunately, technology issues can happen and we tried our best to resolve the wi-fi issue as quickly as possible. However, it is an extremely busy time of year here in Ocean City, and scheduling issues with Xfinity are out of our control. Please read reviews before and after this guest’s stay for a more realistic idea of the condo and service we provide for our 50+ properties. We believe this guest was looking for a free trip and we do not provide refunds in exchange for favorable reviews.

Great vacation

This was our 1st time renting a rental like this, but host was spot on and very helpful. Our only complaint was television viewing was hard do to no cable and remote wasn't working very easily and the chairs on patio could be upgraded to make a little more relaxing other than that fantastic vacation. Will be back again.

HI Everyone,
I'm Bob. I am married with my beautiful wife Teresa and have two kids Blake 12 and Brooke 10. I grew up in Northern VA  and went to Ocean City, MD every summer. We loved it. I own a company that specializes in entertainment and hospitality. I enjoy coaching my son's flag football team, watching my daughter dance, surfing and playing tennis. I also love just a nice day at the beach with family and friends.
I started using VRBO a few years ago as a guest when we traveled to Hawaii, Miami and even Ocean City. Through these travels, I've been fortunate to learn what a good VRBO experience (and host) looks like. A great home, with a friendly host, in an awesome location, and the ability to do the things you love! I try to ensure that each and every guest that I host walks away with all of that and hopefully more!
When I first started my business and  still today I try to answer every phone call or  email I get within five minutes. I try and do that today so go ahead and try me you will be amazed at my service.
