In the evenings, stroll to the heart of Oak Bluffs in mere minutes to visit locally beloved eateries and iconic downtown attractions including Jaws Bridge, the antique Flying Horses Carousel, and the historic gingerbread houses at the Oak Bluffs Campground.

Gather on your covered deck to barbecue tasty meals on the gas grill. Inside, you’ll appreciate the modern kitchen, the open living area, and the plush furnishings.

LIVING AREA

An impressive flat-screen TV with Roku sets the scene for relaxed movie nights in the living area. Snuggle up on the sofa or kick back in a comfy recliner.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare favorite meals in the kitchen, appointed with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. A convenient starter supply of dish soap and paper towels provides extra convenience.

This single-story rental sleeps six guests in three bedrooms.

The master bedroom holds a queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has a twin-over-twin bunk bed.

The guest bathroom features a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

The covered deck offers a shady retreat on sunny days. Barbecue tasty meals on the gas grill.

Parking is available for two cars in the driveway. Street parking is not permitted.

A basement apartment is occupied by a long-term tenant. The laundry facility is shared by both units.

THE LOCATION

Located approximately 1 mile from all the dining and shops in the heart of downtown, as well as an 8-minute walk from a peaceful beach at Lagoon Pond. Other nearby beaches include Inkwell, State, and South Beach. The island has countless outdoor recreation options including paddleboarding, kayaking, fishing, hiking, swimming, biking, and golfing.

Your rental is also just 1.5 miles west of the Oak Bluffs ferry terminal.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
