This home sleeps six guests total in two bedrooms. The queen sleeper sofa provides an added option in the main living area. The primary suite features a king-size bed and a 40â Roku Smart TV as well as an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom includes a queen-size bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a flat screen 40" Roku Smart TV TV. Around the corner, a guest bathroom provides a tub/shower combination.

If you prefer to walk, itâs just 10 minutes to the Riverfront Gondola. In the warmer seasons, paddle board, kayak, swim, and fish at Nottingham Lake -- a pleasant 8-minute walk. For a family outing, drive 14 minutes to the Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater and take your pick from an array of cultural and musical performances. Walk 10 minutes to the charming town of Avon and explore local shops and restaurants. In the morning, hit up Loaded Joeâs for a gourmet hot drink on the covered patio with mountain views, or head there in the evening to enjoy live music. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
