In a secure residence and located on the 3rd floor with elevator, come and discover this large 40m2 south-facing studio consisting of a living room which opens onto a magnificent terrace, the ideal place for memorable summer evenings with friends or family
A fully equipped, closed kitchen (dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, toaster)
A private shower room, sink, storage space, hairdryer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and a separate toilet. The apartment can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children, ideally, or 3 adults:
2 sofa beds (140cm and 120cm) are located in the main room with breathtaking sea views.
TV, storage, ironing board, and iron.
Ideally located in the golf residence on the seafront, just a 5-minute walk from the train station, not far from the majestic ChĂąteau de Mandelieu-la-Napoule, and a wide variety of restaurants, this apartment offers an unforgettable vacation experience.
Upon arrival, you will find linens (sheets, bath towels, bath mats), toilet paper, shower gel bottles, and a kitchen cleaning kit (dishwashing liquid, multi-surface cleaner, laundry detergent, dishwasher and washing machine tablets).
The residence has a shared parking lot, so if you have a car, you will be able to park there. Please note that this is a common occurrence, so we cannot guarantee that a free space will be waiting for you at every exit.
