Here on the ocean block, you'll be a matter of steps from the beach - with a light-filled living space, central air conditioning, and a private washer/dryer to welcome you home in the afternoons. The elegant great room combines a generous sitting area with three sofas and a flatscreen TV with cable, an open dining space, and a fully appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and an island breakfast bar that perfectly seats five. Additional amenities include free WiFi throughout the condo and a flatscreen TV in each of the five bedrooms.

In this lovely spot on the ocean block, you'll find the beach in one direction and Coastal Highway - which is lined with restaurants, shops, and attractions for all ages - in the other. The 58-acre expanse of Northside Park is just two miles north while the heart of the Ocean City Boardwalk is four miles south.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
