Great location, great property!

We enjoyed our stay. The rental had everything we needed. It is attractively decorated with many updates. It was comfortable and quiet. The location is ideal. We enjoyed our daily walks and jogs around the property and over the bridge to St. Pete Beach. All information that we needed was communicated clearly leading up to our stay and then at the conclusion. We highly recommend this property and look forward to renting this condo again. Thank you!

Review

I have to say we enjoyed our stay very much. Our only complaint would be the security was borderline harassment. I get it is spring break, but they very much became an annoyance. Seem to go after the kids no matter what they did, even though they told them multiple times where they were staying.

We are pleased you enjoyed your stay, but do apologize for the security. The Association's rules state that all children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Beautiful Conod in St Petersburg

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in St Petersburg. The condo was beautifully appointed, scrupulous, well supplied and very comfortable. It has a lovely view and a short walk to a warm, welcoming swimming pool. There are several beaches close by and lots of opportunities for great walking and biking all around. The gardens and grounds are very pretty and well maintained. There weather was a little cool and windy but otherwise it was a great vacation. Thank you!

We loved the unit - very pretty and very good remodel...my only complaint is the furniture in the familyroom - not very comfortable for relaxing - maybe some ottomans or recliner and couch not very comfortable.

Spring trip to Florida

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The owner's did a great job in the renovations made to Vista Verde East 211. We had a great trip and the place was excellent. Several observations we would like to add for the owners and management: the air filter in the HVAC system hadn't been replaced for some time. We replaced it while we were there. Also we noticed that the tag accompanying the fire extinguisher indicated that it had last been serviced in October, 1990. I think you may want to look at that, I hope it is wrong. Also, we had some problems with the TV Cable service in the living room but We were able to resolve this , with your assistance, with the cable company. Otherwise , the place was great.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was just like the photos - very nice and updated. It was great having a patio and the pond with a fountain below. We saw a pair of ducks in it almost every day! It's a a very quiet, well-kept community with beautiful landscaping and nice people.

Pleasant Property & Exceeded expectations

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property exceeds expectations. The management company was also very responsive. I was very disappointed and annoyed at little signs left all over the unit explaining extra charges and the lack of toilet paper, dish cloths, coffee filters, vacuum, and damaged pots. This all seems very penny pinching for an expensive rental.

Found people to be very helpful. Food was great at all the restaurants we tried. We want to return

The only downside was where we got our parking permit, not friendly or welcoming.

Beautiful, quiet condo

This was a beautifully renovated condo! The check in process was easy, everything was very clean, quiet, and family friendly, and we loved easy access to the nearby beaches. The only small disappointment was not having access to a BBQ grill even though it was included in the listing. We would definitely stay again!

Loved This Condo!

This was the first time staying at Isla Del Sol, and we loved it. Vista Verde East is quiet, feels safe, and the neighborhood is beautiful, pool and hot tub area is very nice and wasn’t crowded. The condo itself was wonderful. Photos don’t do it justice, it really is adorable and very nice. We were very comfy here, and it felt like a home away from home. FYI the master bedroom king bed is high-end but very firm. I loved everything about this condo: view was peaceful, condo is super clean, well finished and stocked, and we love the location between Pass A Grille and Fort DeSoto. Probably will be staying again if it’s open. Would be great for extended stays as well.
