This beautifully updated home has 3 bedrooms all with private bathrooms, a deck and screened porch to enjoy the gorgeous golf view and is just a 10-minute bike ride to the beach. Located in the popular, secluded Vanderhorst Plantation of Kiawah it is still central to golf, tennis, recreation, and restaurants.

The whole house showcases a nautical theme with blue and gray accents. Hardwood floors and plantation shutters are found in every common room and the master bedroom giving the home an elevated feeling. Enter the main living area and enjoy the large windows showcasing the golf course right outside. The fully equipped kitchen has white cabinets, granite counter tops, subway tile, stainless steel appliances and bar stool seating. Enjoy the gorgeous views from the screened porch or the deck that’s equipped with a gas grill and has steps leading to the back yard.
*Please note, garage and fireplace are not available for guest use.

As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access; Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $210 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required. There is a camera on the front driveway/front porch.

No smoking and no pets allowed (no exceptions!).

Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.

Adorable cottage

We loved this cottage! The layout was perfect with teenage kids. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and a second living area that gave kids and adults our own spaces to hang out separately when we wanted and together when we wanted. The views of the golf course were beautiful and we even got visited by a couple armadillo in the back yard! Both kid and adult approved!

Excellent House for Family and Friends

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family has rented at least 15 different houses, condos, and villas on Kiawah Island over the past 5 years and 47 Cotton Hall was by far the best we have rented. The house has been remodeled and it was well done. The rooms, closets, and bathrooms are very large and clean. The kitchen is appointed with everything you need an more. The owner must be OCD because every shelf and cabinet is labeled with what belongs in that location. I say that jokingly, but it actually very helpful. The kitchen items were good quality, sturdy, and plentiful. The TV's used AppleTV and YouTubeTV and they worked flawlessly, which hasn't been my experience at other rentals.My family stayed in this house for 3 weeks and it made us feel comfortable and at home versus in someone else's house where we didn't fit in.The views of the golf course were great (even if the golfers were not). :)I worked a lot while on vacation and there is a nice desk area in the master bedroom to use if that's of interest. The wifi was good too.This is the only review I have ever written for a rental, but I felt compelled to provide it because of the investment the owner has made to make this a high quality experience. I used to rent my house on Kiawah and always felt the investment in a well stocked kitchen, higher speed Wifi, broad tv channel selections, and high quality furniture were not fully appreciated by the renters. So this is my way of telling the owner "thank you, those things mean a lot and are recognized by someone who has been in your shoes before".Needless to say, we will rent this house again!
