- Studio Le Parmelan: 2 single beds that can be twinned (90x200), shower room with WC, lake view and equipped kitchenette (microwave, dishwasher, no fridge, Nespresso coffee machine). Adapted to PMR standards



// 1st floor

Night side:

- Tournette Room: 2 single beds twinnable (90x200), bathroom with double sink and bathtub with lake view, separate WC

- Roc de Chère Room: 2 single beds twinnable (90x200), bathroom with double sink and bathtub with lake view, separate WC

- Semnoz Room: 2 single beds twinnable (90x200), shower room with WC

- Mandallaz Room: 2 single beds twinnable (90x200), balneo shower room with lake view, separate WC

Daytime area:

- Dining Room: Equipped with an open kitchen and direct access to the conservatory, the dining room is ideal for hosting large gatherings in a friendly atmosphere during group stays

- The Pressoir: magnificent 130 m2 room with lake view (optional)

- The Chai: large 50 m² vaulted stone room from the 17th century, arranged in the former wine cellar, offering an authentic and warm setting.

A deposit will be made via a bank pre-authorization.

A link will be sent by email from our provider SWIKLY's server to secure the deposit without impacting the bank ceiling.

Nothing will be debited as long as everything is in order at check-out.



The beds will be made upon your arrival according to the number of registered participants; towels (2/person), kitchen towels (2), bath mats as well as welcome products (soaps, shampoo, shower gel, dishwashing liquid, a few washing tablets, sponge, 2 toilet paper rolls/wc...) are included in the service as well as the end-of-stay cleaning.

We can provide you free of charge with a baby bed type travel cot and a high chair upon request.

About Veyrier du Lac:



This typical Savoyard village is located on the shores of Lake Annecy, its 3 grass beaches allow easy access to the lake and many activities (sailing, water skiing, diving, kayaking, Wake-Boarding...). A very pretty walk along the lake will allow you to walk to the neighbouring village of Menthon St Bernard. Within Veyrier, all local services are available: Convenience store, Bakery, Butcher, Florists, Café, restaurants, Pharmacy, Doctors. Annecy is only a few hundred metres away, with easy access via a recent cycle path along the lake.
