Great Stay

The house was nice with lots of room for our family of 5 to stretch out. There were several parks within walking distance which was great. Really enjoyed our stay.

Short weekend with family and friends

The place is just like advertised, nice area, easy to get to even tho we did hit construction...plenty of rooms w 2 bathrooms and nice dining area and room to relax. We are definitely will stay here again for next time :)

Clean and functional.

Very clean and functional. Appliances are all new. Beds are nicely sized. Fully furnished kitchen and plenty of towels. Responsive property manager. Good parking. Well located near downtown Silver Spring. Beds and living room furniture are all low to ground so wouldn’t be ideal for older adults with knee issues. Could use a few decorative touches.

Home while our house was being repaired.

We had a pipe burst and needed home repair. The owners/property manager were extremely helpful and flexible in extending our stay when we found out the project was running longer than expected. It was an easy walk to Silver Spring to catch the train downtown or to grocery shop or go out to eat. The media set up was great and the Internet was fast. It was the perfect unexpected home away from home right when we needed it.

Washington DC

Had booked for a long weekend in DC with my mom and my son who would benefit from 1st floor living. We brought the rest of the family along and international student. Plenty of space! There are stairs to get in but then all laminate flooring throughout. Keyless entry. Rooms spacious and comfy. Kitchen well equipped. Driveway parking. There is a basement and there is other occupancy there, at one point we smelled popcorn from their festivities :). Short drive to metro. Would recommend!

Met our needs

We stayed for Christmas and so coziness was of utmost importance. The house met our needs. I’m grateful. It’s not a fancy place - it’s somewhat cobbled together (beds on/near the ground, plastic and particle board tables and dressers, run down arm chairs, wonky bedroom door) but it works out just fine. And while the listing is for one bathroom there were two, which was a wonderful bonus. The kitchen was extremely well-stocked including olive oil, seasonings, pancake mix, oatmeal. We had zero trouble with check in. There is construction all along the street (new metro line) but I didn’t hear it at all (perhaps because it was Christmas Eve and Christmas Day). We had some confusion with our payments but it seemed to be a VRBO mistake and Danielle fixed it all. Danielle was patient and conscientious. Overall, certainly recommend as long as you’re not looking for a high-end luxury experience. Solid.
