A másik vendégházunkat, amely kert-szomszédja ennek az újabbank, már 2017 óta üzemeltetjük kiemelten sikeresen. Az eddig elérhető maximummal azaz 6-szoros minősítéssel rendelkezünk, több, mint 130 vendégtől 5 csillagos értékeléssel.

It is essential to read this House manual before or when you occupy the property to avoid any misunderstanding regarding your stay. We want you to have a very pleasant stay at our place. There will be also a copy of this House Manual in every room in the house.

By making your booking you agree to these rules and regulations.

- No parties and events of any kind allowed
- No pets allowed even for visitors
- No smoking inside the house
- Every guest over the age of 12 considered as an adult
- Must be 25 to book
- Visitor must leave before 9PM
- If there is any issue regarding your stay you must contact the owner right away in writing – in case of emergency by calling

In case of emergency please do not just message but CALL immediately

The Elock code can be activated simply by entering the number on the keypad. To close the door when you leave, just push the Lock icon on the keypad.

The alarm system panel is located on the wall by the garage entrance door into the house. If for any reason the alarm goes off, you have about 1 minute to cancel by using your private Elock code.

There is a remote garage door opener on the kitchen counter top. When you check-out, make sure you leave it there, otherwise we charge $50 to replace it.

The Digital Smart Thermostat is located on the first-floor hallway on the wall. During the summer it is set to air conditioning and during the winter to Heating. You can set the temperature for your convenience at any time.

If you need any assistance with the thermostat please, reach out to me and I can assist you over the phone or I can go there and do it for you.

Security Camera Disclosure: the house is equipped with an outside door camera at the front entrance door which is for our guests convenience. It will be activated, and an active recording is taking place if someone comes close to the door. It will record 30 seconds each time when motion detected.

When you arrive, you may find some cabinet doors open to show you where you can find some complimentary essentials for your stay like coffee, cups, dishes, trash bags, etc.

The washer and dryer and all the essentials for them are on the ground level in the hallway.

When you check-out please DO NOT put anything in the washing machine, we will take care of everything. If you take off the linen from the bed, just pile it up with the used towels in front of it.

There are at least 3 fire extinguishers in the house, at least one on each level.
There is one in the garage by the entrance door.
There is another one in the laundry above the washer and dryer.
And there is one on the first floor under the kitchen sink in the cabinet.

The FIREPLACE currently is only for decoration! It is strictly PROHIBITED to use it in anyways!

Please note that there is absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed inside the house but of course you can smoke outside the house. In case of any sign of smoking inside the house, we charge a minimum of $250 for extra cleaning. Just make sure that you don't set anything on fire.

It is the same regarding animals. We do not allow to have any kind of animal inside or even outside the house. In case of any sign of animals inside or outside of the house, we charge a minimum of $250 for extra cleaning.

The first aid kit is on top of the refrigerator in the kitchen.

The propane grill is located on the deck. If you run out of gas, please call us. We change it for you asap. Please DO NOT RELOCATE IT, use it only where you find it.

The TV's are all ROKU with quite some movies and channels. NETFLIX is also available, but you need to use your own login. Make sure you log out when you depart.

There is a small safe in the house for your convenience, but we only give you the code of that in-person upon request for safety reasons.

The trash cans are located inside the garage. They must be kept inside all the time because if they are left outside the house, it may attract bears to the area. The trash day is on Wednesday and we put the trash can on the sidewalk on Wednesday morning. We will enter only the garage that morning without bothering you in any ways.

If you have unopened leftover food or drink, please do not throw it in the trash can. We are happy to donate them to the right people who need them.

For recommended restaurants in the area, please check this website. We listed quite a few of them. If you have a special question about them, please let us know.

We update this House Manual frequently but if there is anything we missed, please call us right away.

Please, do not forget. There are absolutely no parties and additional guests staying overnight allowed.

The check-out time is strictly 10 AM. We need enough time to set up the house for the next guests especially these days due to the Covid-19. If you leave earlier for any reason than 10 AM, please let us know so we can start the cleaning sooner.

Security Camera Disclosure: the house is equipped with one outside camera at the front entrance door and 2 outside cameras which are for our guests safety and convenience. One of those outside cameras is monitoring the driveway area and the other one is monitoring the hot tub area. Any of these cameras will be activated, and an active recording is taking place if someone comes close to the area which monitored by these cameras. It will record 30 seconds each time when motion detected. The recording will be stored at the alarm system provider company's server (Vivint) which is recommended alarm and monitoring system. We do not monitor or watch these video recordings. We only use them for verification purposes if there is a damage, occupancy limit or noise issue at the property.

Noise level monitoring Disclosure: the hot tub are is equipped with a Noise level detector system (NoisAware). It is only monitoring the noise level and does not transmit or record anything, it gives only a warning signal to the owners of the property if the noise level is higher continuously than it is acceptable in a residential area. Any recording that take place during the stay of our guests can be seen by the person who made the booking by written request. As I stated above the videos are only stored for about 2 weeks by the monitoring company's server.

Electronics: No tampering with any electronics. This includes; Wi-Fi router, surround sound, TVs (do not move the HDMI cords), front door lock, Ring Doorbell, NoiseAware devices, and the outdoor video cameras.

I'm a proud husband of my wife Julianna, the father of our two daughters, and the grandpa of their five children - all living in Colorado Springs. We moved to the US from Hungary with my wife at age 54 in 2013 to be close to all of our family members.

I was an entrepreneur type of person my entire life. We built with decades of hard work from absolutely zero up to the top in the industry. This company was one of the largest family-owned car parts manufacturing and retailing LLC in Hungary. We sold this company in 2013 when we had decided to move to the USA for good.

I love all kinds of sports, especially auto-sports. From 1995 for a few years, I had the opportunity to be a professional race car driver and, during that time to win the Hungarian Rallycross and Autocross champion in 1998 - sponsored by the Shell Oil LLC of Hungary.

I also love traveling, and fortunately, I had the opportunity to travel to numerous countries in different parts of the world. Probably, this is why I can appreciate the five-star hospitality and do my best to provide it to others in our own business.

As a VRBO vacation rental host, my goal is to give all my guests even more than I would like to experience when traveling with my family.

We chose this property to expand our vacation rental business in 2020 due to the demand from returning guests who stayed earlier at our other short-term rental house, which is almost next to this one. We remodeled the property completely by the opening. Since then, we have added new features and amenities a few times to make it even more comfortable for our guests.

By now, we have 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious dining area, a gym area in the sunroom, and a new hot tub next to it. This way, we give even more privacy and comfort for families and groups staying there.

The kitchen is very well equipped. We have everything needed to cook or bake a great meal. There is a new kitchen island too. The BBQ grill is on the upper-level deck with outdoor furniture, accessible from the dining area, so you can have a panoramic view of the Cheyenne Mountains while you have your meal.

This property is almost next door to ours, where we live on top of Stratmoor Hills. This way, if needed, we can provide even personal assistance within minutes.

The size of this rental property is one of the largest in this area! We have just built a new playground and a garden deck in the large backyard, so our guests can enjoy the most admirable view of the Cheyenne Mountains, including the top of Pikes Peak by the firepit.

The house can accommodate up to 10 adult guests + kids very comfortably. In addition, the property has been exclusively remodeled to have guests comfortably on short terms up to 14 days.

The scenic sunrise and the view of the magnificent sundown can be enjoyed over the Cheyenne Mountains from the upper-level deck and the main bedroom on the top floor. Of course, you can see those from the outdoor terrace in the backyard in good weather.

The property is close to everything, yet it is tranquil because it is on Hickory Hill Drive in a cul-de-sac.
