The condo is clean and decorated so cute and most importantly... right on the beachfront. The kitchen has been remodeled from the pictures on the website, so to my surprise I was also greeted with a new updated kitchen! The location is great to walk to many nearby restaurants and shops. Amazing unit exactly as advertised! Hosts are extremely communicative and made everything as smooth as possible. The lanai is beautiful and we looked forward to sitting outside with our coffee every morning and a drink each evening. The location is central to many restaurants and great recommendations from the host and it is also relatively central to the rest of the island. The unit is also stocked with beach towels, chairs and umbrellas which were very useful as well. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Not knowing where we wanted to stay, or what parts of the island we wanted to explore, this location gave us the opportunity to do everything we wanted to do and not feel like we were missing anything, or driving too much. The view from the lanai was AMAZING and was exactly what we were looking for. The chairs were also wonderful and gave the perfect viewpoint of the beach 24/7.The condo was beautiful and well kept. From the themed dining ware, to the towels, to the available items to take to the beach....clearly things had been well considered for guests beforehand.It was intimate and perfect for a couple who had never been to the island....and perfect for the couple wanting to return to have breathtaking views. For folks who need A/C...the living room unit was perfect. The bedroom was a little warm at times by comparison but truthfully a-OK. Loved the guest book, living room games available, and ukulele.Again, the views, the views, the views.....we will be dreaming about that for a LONG time.Can't wait to return!

We loved our stay, it was perfect. The condo furnishings were outstanding! Everything seemed brand knew. The kitchen was well supplied and the appliances were awesome (we prepared several of our own meals). The view from the lania was great. It was very convenient to have the washer and dryer. Our only complaint is we should have stayed longer!

An absolutely fantastic experience!Communications from the host were very specific concerning parking and check in. They also were very responsive to text messaging concerning check-in.The condo was adorable and very clean. The mobile AC units in the condo worked great as well. The one thing that we were concerned about before getting to the condo were the views from previous reviews of the area. Some of the photos made it look like the beach was either very dark or just not very inviting, but some others were beautiful. We found out when we got there, having never been to Kauai, is that the weather changes rather quickly that on the island but the vast majority of the time it was absolutely beautiful. The views were outstanding, especially in the morningswe would absolutely 100% stay here again and I would highly recommend it.

Great place

This was a great place to stay. Location just far enough from airport where you are not in the flightpath but close enough it doesn't take more than 10-15 min to get there. So many little shops and restaurants in walking distance too!

Aloha Denise, mahalo for the great review! I knew you were happy when you emailed mid-stay, to say everything was perfect, and you were having a lovely stay. Glad you enjoyed our restaurant recommendations, and had many good meals. With the airport about 10 miles away, it's convenient for your arrival, and we like to sit on the lanai at night, look way down beyond Wailua Bay, and watch the planes come in and take off. There's thousands of stars, and no sounds except the ocean...perfect! Come back soon, mahalo nui loa, Crystal and Jim
