Great place to stay with family

We loved the setup of the apartment. Plenty of space, great kitchen, close walk to the small pool each morning. Great communication with host during entire stay. We would stay here again!

DELIGHTFUL CONDO

Well maintained, very clean, organized vacation abode. The host placed a lot of thought into making things within the condo easy to find. The resort has lovely amenities as well. I recommend this particular rental to interested vacationers.

Enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The VRBO staff were very accommodating and quick to respond when we had problems with the dishwasher. Very nice water park.

Perfect spot at Storey Lake while staying for AAU volleyball tournament

The location was fantastic with a lot of places to eat nearby. About 20-30 Min drive to the convention center depending on traffic. The unit was beautiful, equipped with all you need. So clean!! The pool across the lot was nice and quiet, and it’s just a 10 min walk to the bigger pool with slide and lazy river. We would definitely stay here again!

D2 Summit

We stayed here for my daughters D2 Summit competition . It was a beautiful place and perfect location for everywhere we had to be the week we stayed. It was clean & I really enjoyed being right across the street from the community pool & .4 miles from the slides and basketball court for our children. We will definitely stay here again next year when we get our BID to compete.

Quiet, clean, townhome

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was exactly as listed. The home is located on the bottom floor next to the parking lot so you are not having to go up and down stairs constantly. There is a small pool across the parking lot that was not as busy as the big pool that my kids loved. The owner is very responsive and answered any questions we had immediately. The master bed’s mattress is on the firmer side but still comfortable. The only drawback on this house, which we knew upfront and were expecting is that you will need to prepare to buy your own essentials (toilet paper, shampoo, garbage bags etc.) because you are only provided with a very small amount. I feel like this is also reflected in the price of this house as I feel like you are getting more bang for your buck in this property. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Enjoyed our stay, but heads up for future travelers!

We overall enjoyed our stay. Clean place (though did have a faint smell of dog pee likely from past pet visits, which we were ok with), check in was easy, but it does get backed up at the gate. After check in it was smooth and easy in and out. Full kitchen with all dishes, appliances, etc. available but just a HEADS UP to future travelers, specifically anyone flying in: they have NOTHING stocked in the kitchen for food prep. Not even salt and pepper. We were able to bring our basics from home as we drove but if we flew in and received the notification email a couple days before traveling, it would have had us in a panic as it's not cheap to buy condiments for one week and then throw it away. You are provided 1 dishwasher tablet and 1 wash pod for the entire stay, regardless how long you stay so be sure to bring these things with or be prepared to purchase as well. We loved our stay overall but would expect the basics to be provided when staying so wanted to provide a heads up for anyone traveling here and intending to stay longer than a couple days and wanted to use the kitchen or do laundry.

Not worth the money I paid

The host charged me peak prices because I had to change my dates from march to April and I was okay paying until I got to this place. There was a bunch of things that were a nuisance but The worst part was the fruit flies I had to deal with my whole trip finding them on my clean dishes and food and personal items it was horrible. Host said it wasn’t her fault it was the HOAs and nothing was done . The bed had yellow stains from who knows how old. The smell of the place was not pleasant. The water smells like sulfur could be an Orlando thing. The outdoor furniture was not even suitable for sitting it felt like sitting on rocks. Do not recommend at all. Need new shower heads they’re so old and no hook for towel in master bathroom. floors need better cleaning! Another huge thing was there was bird poop in front of our door because there was a birds nest right as we walked out.

Perfect for our needs

Property was clean and stocked with initial needs, ie. 1 dishwasher pod, 1 washing machine pod, small bottle of dishwashing liquid and a fresh sponge. Full roll of paper towels, and 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. There was a fresh garbage bag in the trash bin with 1 additional under the sink. In the bathroom, there were two small bottles of shampoo, and 2 small bars of soap. Our stay for the three of us was for 4 nights only, and what was provided was just enough to get us by. The hair dryer provided in 2nd bathroom did not work, but it wasn't a big deal. Parking wasn't a problem, but we only required 1 space. We were attending the AAU Volleyball Nationals at OCC, and we found it was just as easy to Uber there and back every day. Generally around $30 for arrivals and $5 or $10 to return back to Storey Lake. Being older, I appreciated that it was on the first floor, just a few steps to our car. A few things not previously covered by other reviews. Access to the patio was through sliding glass doors located right off the living room. There is a walk in closet in the main bedroom, which is great for all the luggage, with plenty of space for hanging clothes. Also, 4 extra large beach sized towels were provided, for enjoying the water park. We did experience a few fruit flies, but if you don't leave your fruit out, you should be fine. I would have also enjoyed having a separate TV in the second bedroom, which didn't have one. All in all great exp.

The room was nice. The floor was a little dirty when we arrived as our socks and feet turned black after walking around. Some small issues; the Tv in the main bedroom you cannot control the volume. Coffee maker had some issues. But overall we would rent the room again. Thank you.

Great stay!

This apt. was fabulous. It was very clean, modern and when we entered, had everything we needed, the bed was so comfy and the host answered every question very promptly. Great added benefit, the pool was very close by and the water river very accessible as well. Would highly recommend.
