This is a multi-family friendly home, totally remodeled in 2022/23, allowing privacy and separation with dual kitchens and living areas. The backyard is very spacious including the pool area, eating/grilling area (with awning) and covered porch. A new screened in back porch sits off the master bedroom. In addition to new landscaping, there is a pooch and people washing area for your return from the beach. Beach carts, beach chairs, beach towels are provided for your time at the beach and exciting outdoor games when at the pool. Have you every played Yard Yahtzee? Updated furnishings throughout the home , all beds are king and queen, and so much more! This is not only a place to enjoy the beach or pool, but a place to unwind and relax indoors.

Heating Pool
Pool can be heated, Late April-May and September-October. A heating charge will be applied if you want to heat the pool. Please notify me a week prior to your visit to turn it on. It is a heat pump heater so it may not heat to 85 degrees in cool/cold cloudy weather. But, it makes a comfortable difference!

Awesome family vacation home. Kitchen extremely well stocked. Layout of the house is terrific, and the owners are exceptional. I would definitely recommend this home and will probably stay here the next time we vacation in HH.

Our family of 6 adults and 4 children had a wonderful stay at 44 Folly Field ! The home is well stocked ( the kitchen is better than ours at home ) … the host even provided visuals to show how kitchen items are stored / located ! It’s so family friendly with plenty of seating, family games ( including pool games and yard games ) , beach chairs and buggy. It has two kitchens and two laundry facilities. The pool and backyard offered lots of fun for us and we enjoyed having all gas grill and picnic table for outdoor cooking / dining.The house is an easy 5 minute walk to the beach and is located near many of the best HHI restaurants . The hosts are gracious ! We would strongly recommend this vacation home and hope to return again !!

A wonderful week with my kids and their families. This property is a 5 star property with “little” amenities that mean so much to families who fly to Hilton head. Having beach chairs and wagons and towels available is priceless! We are a family who cooks together and the kitchen is well stocked. Marty and Andrea are on top of every communication. Five stars is not enough to rate this property and all the amenities! It is perfect for both small and large families and there are many wonderful things including games, towels and everything you might need for the beach. The kitchen(s) are well stocked and perfect for entertaining. Of course, the best part of the house is the POOL! It is a perfect size and well maintained. There are lots of pool toys and we spent more than half the time swimming. I would 100% recommend this house to anyone and will definitely stay again!

This is a beautiful, well-maintained home! It is exactly as described on the site. Lots of pool and beach toys, plenty of towels, great location and close to the beach. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. They even had goodies for our dogs! The cottage extension is adorable and completely self-contained. Marty was very prompt and clear in his communication. We highly recommend 44 Folly Field!

Incredible stay in Hilton Head! Our multi-generational family stayed at this property for a week in May and had an amazing time. Everything in the home was well thought out, there was plenty of space for 8 adults and two toddlers and all the basic amenities (and then some!) were provided. The property was very close to Folly Field Beach, but we found ourselves spending most of the time at the house to enjoy the pool. We had very few questions/issues, but Marty was super responsive for all our concerns and needs. This property and the surrounding area are beautiful. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we were back in Hilton Head. Thank you for an amazing week!

My family and I travel a good bit and have stayed in a lot of homes. By far this was one of the best places we have stayed at. According to my husband, I have an unrealistic standard of clean, but this house met my standard and I was very pleased with the cleanliness. When you have seven people that need to eat, it can get costly. It was wonderful to find ample pots and pans, silverware, plates, spices, aluminum foil, sandwich, baggies, the list could go on. The stocking of kitchen supplies made me feel like I was at home. The beds were comfortable, the living room furniture was nice, everything in the house was well maintained. The host was very easy to communicate with and you could tell he took pride in his rental. We will be booking this house next year for our spring trip.

Wonderful rental home for our family vacation to HHI. Loved the quick walk to the beach each morning then relaxing in the pool after. My daughter loved the loft bedroom and claimed it right away as the room she would be sleeping. The screened in porch off the primary bedroom was another great area to relax. Perfect vacation!

Family Vacation 2025

This property was perfect for our family trip. 5 bedrooms, great in size and accommodating. Large family room, large dining area, outdoor Pool, cleaned twice during our visit. Close walk to Folly Beach. Made our first visit to Hilton Head a true pleasure and hit with the family. Memories were made.

Great house for family and friend vacation

Great property, great common place, has a nice pool, only a few minute walk from the beach. Very quiet area. Easy communication with property manager, easy check in and check out. Have stayed here twice with my family and would recommend to anyone for a nice stay.

Beautiful home, well equipped with high quality everything. Very close to the beach so it’s an easy stroll to get there. Clean and comfortable furnishings throughout the whole property. Even the gardens were neatly manicured and lovely. This is a place I would return to in a heartbeat. Our family really enjoyed this property and all it offered. This was our first time on Hilton Head Island and it is just beautiful and a place we’d go back to for sure.

Great family house/close to the beach!

A clean, beautiful home that accommodated our family of 9 really well. It is a close walk to a beautiful beach and an easy drive to good restaurants and about an hour into Savannah. We had a great time!

Fantastic property and perfect location

This property is absolutely perfect for extended family to stay in one house but also provides some privacy and separation. The hosts have thought of everything that you might need and provided it. Loved the location and walkability to the beach and bike paths. The cleanliness was outstanding as well and every detail was taken care of. Would definitely stay again!

Great place for a family

The house was easily able to accommodate our family of 9. Family members had their own room and the pool was a great place to relax and build family memories. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. We will book the place again when we visit Hilton Head in the future.

Lovely and comfortable home! Pool is great and beach access was quick and easy. Furnished with everything we needed. Incredibly clean and owners were immediately responsive! Loved the home and will return!

My wife and family have been vacationing at the Island Club for over twenty years with our two daughters and extended family. We enjoy visiting Hilton Head more frequently than once a year, so we purchased our first two bedroom unit at the Island Club in 2012.

We now own two Island Club units and this home in Hilton Head. One condo is a two bedroom condo and the second is a three bedroom condo, ocean front. The home is located on Folly Field Road. We purchased this home in September, 2021 because of its unique dual family setup. The home is remodeled to reflect our standards for customer experience. All of the interior furnishings are new and modern. All beds are queen or king size beds.

We also chose this property because it is a single story family home. One bedroom is located in a loft area. It is also conveniently located to the beach access area with paved walkways and the beach board walk. It is an easy 5 minute walk to the beach.

This is a multi-family, pet friendly home allowing privacy and separation with dual kitchens and living areas. The backyard is very spacious including the pool area, eating/grilling area and covered porch. Upgrades are complete with new furniture and ceiling fans as well as an expanded pool deck area, and covered grilling area. Also the home has new landscaping, and a convenient people and pooch washing area for your return from the beach. Beach carts, beach chairs, beach towels are provided for your time at the beach and exciting outdoor games when at the pool. Have you ever played Yard Yahtzee? Upgrades are also coming inside the house. Updated furnishings, all beds will be king or queen, and so much more! This will not only be a place to enjoy the beach or pool, but a place to unwind and relax indoors.

This is a five bedroom home set up for two families to vacation together and still enjoy some privacy. There are two living quarters with full kitchens, washer and dryers, and eating areas. You can vacation together or separately.

As a single level home, there are no stairs to navigate to bring in luggage or groceries. There is a loft bedroom that is accessible by a set of stairs in the secondary living space. The loft has a queen size bed and television

We do allow pets up to 30 pounds. There is a wonderful neighborhood walking area for dogs and for easy access to the beach.
