Clean & cozy cottage lakefront on mile marker 28.5, minutes to 7 springs winery and big surf water park! Double layer deck, 2 kayaks, paddle board and lily pad for guest use on a quiet cove, close to main channel and several restaurants by car or boat. Dock has availability for guests to tie on own boat on the side of dock. Location close by for loading and street-side trailer parking. We are at almost the very end of a large but quiet, no-wake cove, so it's a safe and perfect space for kids' swimming and water lounging! 4 adult Life jackets provided.

Location is perfect, we are close to Osage beach and Camdenton!! Near 7 springs winery, Big Surf water park, and Margaritaville resort indoor water park and more. The Y gas station is just a few minutes drive with bait, liquor, propane, and basic groceries. There is a loading dock nearby to load your boat. PLEASE BE MINDFUL that this is a lakefront home, and therefore requires a flight and a half of steep-ish steps from parking to home.

Hideaway Cove is equipped with smart TVs with easy access to your streaming accounts, kids play area, large selection of kids/adult/family games, and a dedicated workspace with 200 speed wifi. Deck perfect for outdoor workspace for flexcation. The beds are comfortable with the coziest of pillows and linens imaginable. Each bedroom sleeps two adults comfortably, with two fold-out twin beds that would work well for children. Pack n play with sheets provided.

Fully loaded updated kitchen with all newer appliances and brand new french door refrigerator. Please reach out for anything specific that may be needed, but the kitchen contains most daily use small appliances, keurig, french press, drip coffeemaker, etc. Brand new washer/dryer with laundry soap provided. HotSpring hot tub! Bring your own beach towels to use for the lake and private hot tub!

Staying here requires use of stairs to get to the home, so please keep this in mind! Another flight of stairs from the deck takes you down to the lake. The driveway is steep but easily usable unless ice is present. The winter in Missouri is sometimes icy and snowy, and we are more than happy to accommodate a change in dates if your booking dates end up having questionable weather, as the steps and drive can be unsafe during these times. The water levels lower in the cove from about January through early May (guaranteed to be filled back up before Memorial Day) so that the dock may be on dry ground during this time. You're still able to walk the kayaks out to the water if you're ready to brave the cold! This is also a perfect time to explore the "lake" by foot and let the kids skip rocks. Or enjoy the hot tub, fireplace, and hot cocoa ! Early check-in/late checkout $25 per hour each when available.
