Parties are not allowed.

Each violation of our house rules will result in a fine of $100-$500 not including any damages. You also may be asked to leave our property without a refund.

Inside Smoking Fee: $250
Lost Key Fee: $150
Party Fee: $300

Just so you know, there will be a damage hold of $1,000. Once the reservation is completed, your card will be refunded within 48 hours. You will receive a $1,000 request through the ABB message board. Please respond as soon as possible to avoid any check-in delays.

Please refrain from allowing your furry babies on the furniture. A $100 pet fee will be charged at the time of booking. The fee may increase for certain breeds known for excessive shedding. Thank you for your understanding.your understanding.
SMOKING~ is allowed; however, please (do not) smoke in the house. And please remove all evidence of smoking once you`re finished outside. If any damages occur outside on the furniture, we will need to charge for replacement. If smoking occurs indoors, a smoke remediation cost will be accessed. Thank you for understanding.

PETS~ please (do not) allow any pets on the furniture. The sofas are extremely expensive. The dog`s nails will scratch. Due to the white comforters, dogs are (not) allowed on the beds. Should this rule be broken, we will have to charge for replacement. Please be sure to clean up after your dog when coming in from outside. Thank you for understanding:)
